Nobody helps you carry your stuff to your room

スタッフの皆さん親切ですが、案内不足な事柄が複数あった。ですがこちらから聞けば親切です。遠慮せず質問したほうが良い様子でした。部屋は綺麗。部屋掃除のお願い札を忘れないように注意が必要です

My very first trip to Bangkok and thanks to an amazing experience from the staff at Atelier Suites it was made into an unforgettable experience with not only the excellent customer service every staff provides but also the fact that every worker went out of their way to make sure I’m happy with my trip to Bangkok and my stay as well. Everyone is super nice and sweet so I’m definitely going to visit again soon and would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a budget stay.

Attended a concert at the nearby Rajamangala stadium and wanted to stay somewhere nearby. This property was about a 15 min walk from the stadium area or a 5 min motor bike ride. Because the hotel is located right next to a busy road, it can get quite noisy at night with all the traffic, recommend to bring along your ear plugs for a good night’s rest!

the building soundproofing is bad. Is super noisy if your room facing main road

Overall, for the price it met my needs. I stayed here only for one night after flying into DMK as I transited to Pattaya. The room was clean and very convenient to food, 7-11, etc. The gym treadmill really wasn’t up to par but my only real complaint I had.

This is a relatively new hotel. The location is away from the city center and the normal MRT/BTS transportation systems, but it is close to a major canal boat route which is worth trying and works well to reach other parts of the city.
The room was clean and in good shape, but I found the bed rather too firm for my taste; maybe others would be alright with it. The room price was very good, despite high season.
I did not try the hotel restaurant but there are many food and entertainment options nearby, including a large food market two minutes away by foot; however I found most of these were closed during the day. The biggest drawback was the noise from my fellow guests — large tour groups. I guess visiting during the Chinese New Year celebrations didn’t help. The staff were very nice and helpful; at first my room did not have a safe, but after a phone call they brought one right away, and check in and out were quick and easy.

Sauber, freundliches Personal, jeden Tag Zimmer Service und Personal am Rezeption kann Englisch sprechen. Einfach nur Top. Preis Verhältnis auch super. Immer wieder gerne.

Very modern, cleaned rooms and friendly staffs. Great location and closed both airports.

Overall experience is great. Only issue was the tourist group. They are very noisy. Especially in the morning banging doors and shouting. The staff were pleasant and helpful 👍

Was comfortable for a stop over between destinations. Not too far from the airport.
