Worth for money with a friendly staff!
Pros:

I loved the service and friendliness of staff, always willing to help out! Would give special mention to Raj and Jasmin who went above and beyond being courteous and polite! Also served us a nice welcome cake!
The property is very clean and well maintained overall. Food and service at restaurant was great as well.

Cons:

Would love to see more local cuisine options on restaurant menu.

the rooms of the hotel are not soundproof enough, so when another guest opens their door, makes some noise, everything can be heard in the room which can be quite disturbing

Extremely poor service and complete lack of ownership at Fairfield.
There was no valet service available to assist with parking, setting the tone for an unsatisfactory stay. Room service was inefficient and poorly managed. A specific breakfast request was made the night before, yet in the morning the staff had no awareness or record of it. After a significant delay, incorrect items were delivered, and some of the requested items were not served at all.

Due to this poor coordination, we had to leave the hotel without having breakfast. What was most disappointing was that no one from the hotel bothered to call, check, or even apologise for this lapse in service.

This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, accountability, and guest care, and falls well below the standards expected from the Fairfield / Marriott brand. This experience warrants immediate attention and corrective action.
