Grand Palazzo Hotel

This was my first stay at grand palazzo , location is quiet yet near to the things just few metres away from central marina , second road & beach road , terminal 21 , great lobby , nice & spacious rooms one if the biggest in Pattaya , great pool , above all is staff behaviour which is excellent , always ready to help with a smile , Restaurent & breakfast is great , definitely will recommend & visit again ..Thanks GRAND PLAZZO , God bless you

Not a 5 star, more like a 3 star. Breakfast was not up to par. Will not return in the future.

Hotellet i sig självt var väldigt vackert och rummen var enorma. Dock kändes hotellet äldre än det var.

Med några små förändringar, så som andra pålägg än sylt till brödet och kanske mer än en sorts juice , hade man haft en bättre känsla

Vissa siter klassade hotellet som ett femstjärnigt hotell vilket var orättvist mot hotellet då priset på rum ej var femstjärnigt.

Sammanfattningsvis ett bra hotell med bra läge. Men en kreativ ledning skulle kunna göra det till ett utmärkt hotell.

I would always stay there, No where else..

Staff were polite and efficient. Hotel located in a convenient area. Beautiful decoration and layout.

Prima ligging, groot en goede service.

My first room is very noisy during the night, the staff switch me to a better quiet room, I am very happy with the hotel.

Hotel reception can't find my booking, althougth i show my booking record, at the end they find the booking with other name because data enter mistake.
After i go up the room, there is not my room type in my booking, i need to ask reception again, this time they says room type name and picture are not match in hotels.com by marketing team foul.
The wifi is not work, i need to ask reception again.
The shower head is break but i dont want to go reception again, it's so hard to report the items one by one.
There are too much mistakes within my stay period.

This is Hotels.com / Expedia bad quality work by far.
The Hotel I like a TEMU version of a 5 star hotel and they present it as such top of the line. If they made a quality test it wouldn’t get over 3 stars in western quality.
Cheap solutions, procrastination of service and no willingness to service their customers.
This isn’t the hotels fault - it’s the Hotels/expedia responsibility not to oversell a product.

This is definitely NOT a five star hotel. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was comfortable but that’s about it. Could use some updates and also the room service was pretty much non existent. I tried to order 3 times and each time, they called back and told me the items I wanted were unavailable even though they were on the menu.

If you want a good night sleep The grand Palazzo is not the hotel for you . It’s surrounded by night clubs that start at 10pm and finish 7am everyday , the noise is unbearable . 2 times house keeping didn’t make up our room and replace the towels , we had to call them to do it .
Breakfast is mainly for Asians and Indians , the only western food is eggs .
It’s not what it’s made out to be , the word “Palazzo” means palace , it’s far from that. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel has spacious rooms with well furnished interiors and peaceful ambience. It is located in a central place accessible to important places. The food is good and the choice of food is in plenty. The swimming pool located on the third floor is quite big.
