L'accueil qui lui nous a super bien aidé à trouver une solution travers Booking qui ce dernier aurait dû pouvoir pu s'arranger à ce que nous ne devions pas payer le double du tarif à propos d'une erreur internet de date qui s'était changé au moment de la réservation, surtout que nous avons réservé plusieurs hôtel où camping , depuis le début de l'année au moins 15 réservation et le seul arrangement a été de nous changer les dates mises par erreur d'internet, déçu par booking j'y penserai si un e offre commerciale ne me sera pas proposer

La location è veramente bella, lo staff gentile e pronto ad aiutarti.

Cons:

Il sistema di climatizzazione andrebbe adeguato in quanto non funzionava correttamente.
E l'unica cosa che non hanno potuto soddisfare una mia richiesta fatta alla prenotazione ovvero il letto matrimoniale anziché i letti singoli uniti.

Pros:

Много чист и удобен хотел, на 5 минути от летище Чампино. Съотношението цена-качество е перфектно. Закуската е пълноценна, персоналът е любезен. Хотелът е близо до езерото Албано. Нямам забележки.

Cons:

Не работеше климатика в стаята, но бързо го поправиха.
