Top City Hotel in Der Altstadt von Quito
Pros:

Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.
Tolles Frühstück und wir haben auch eine Lunch Box bekommen als wir früh zu einem Ausflug fahren mussten.
Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und alles war sauber.
Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Sicherheit ist jederzeit gegeben.Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, top Hotel.

Posizione ottima nel centro storico della città. Personale gentilissimo, colazione super buona. La stanza molto accogliente.

Great simple hotel in the old tourist center of Quito.
Pros:

We had 3 booked 3 bedrooms in this hotel. 2 in the upper floor had amazing view over Quito, 1 in the "inside" of the hotel had no outdoor view, and could hear the very strong noise of the water pump all day and night everytime someone use water / flush toilet. Nice staff, and nice little breakfast

O hotel é lindo e tudo bem limpinho!! Equipe muito prestativa, café da manhã bom, localização no centro histórico próximo a vários pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Amei me hospedar nesse hotel.

O hotel tem um custo/benefício excelente.
Pros:

O hotel está localizado no centro histórico de Quito, perto de muitas atrações e restaurantes/cafeterias. A ducha é muito boa com eficiente sistema de aquecimento de água. O café da manhã não é muito variado, mas é satisfatório.

Cons:

Para que atendesse plenamente as expectativas ficou faltando um frigobar e um ventilador.

Era pra ter sido bem OK.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, muito perto da praça principal. O café da manhã também atende bem.

Cons:

Deixamos as nossas malas lá no último dia e temos certeza de que eles mexeram nas nossas malas porque a senha do cadeado de uma delas foi trocada e pegamos a mala com o cadeado aberto. Ficamos até em dúvida se havíamos deixado aberto ou não, mas por algum motivo eles trocaram a senha o que nos deu certeza de que eles abriram a mala mesmo.

Difícil saber quem foi, porque tem vários funcionários lá. As mulheres da recepção eram atenciosas e nos trataram bem. Não nos roubaram nada, mas tinham cartões de crédito na mala que tivemos que cancelar tudo.

Tirando isso, que já é grave o suficiente, a cama é bem ruim.

Decepcionante y mal servicio.
Pros:

La limpieza.

Cons:

No tenía desayuno americano como se promociona. Ubicado en un lugar donde no había restaurantes cerca, el propio hotel no tenía restaurante obligando a salir a cenar en un lugar desolado, sin tráfico.una calle que daba inseguridad.

Aucun regret !
Pros:

- Très bonne communication dès la réservation sur booking
- Chambre confortable avec tout le matériel extra nécessaire (petite bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre, coffre fort, sèche-cheveux, chauffage, tapis de bain pour ne pas glisser dans la douche, entre autres).
- J’ai trouvé le linge de lit très confortable (surtout la couette) et le wifi très efficace
- Le personnel était vraiment aimable et m’a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner une heure avant l’horaire affiché car j’avais un vol tôt
- L’hôtel est très bien localisé et aussi sécurisé avec badge nécessaire pour rentrer

Cons:

Il y a plusieurs bruits audibles dans l’hôtel (comme une machine qui se déclenche de manière récurrente, ainsi qu’un son de carillons à vent à chaque fois que quelqu’un passe près de la réception). Lors de la première nuit, il y a également eu un couple qui est arrivé tardivement et a sonné à minuit passé, ce qui peut être dérangeant.
