Otrxymalismy pokoj ja 3 pietrze bez windy. Nastepnego dnia okazalo sie ze z dachu kapie woda prosto na nasze lozko i szafke. Przed wejsciem do pokoju byla wielka kaluza. Pani z obslugi stwoerdzila, ze rano ktos przyjdzie i to naprawi. Kiedy kategorycznie zarzadalam zmiany pokoju zostalismy z wielka laska przeniesieni na parter. Wydawalo sie ze to dobre rozwiazanie. Jed ak szybko okazalo sie za tuz za sciana jest jakas pompa, ktora włączala sie i wyłączała co kilka minut albo czesciej. Hałas był tak uciazliwy, ze nie moglismy spac. Nastepnego dnia wieczorem, po powrocie do hotelu pani powiedziala ze niestety ale nie mozemy zostac w tym pokoju bo ktos kto ma problwmy z chodzeniem musi go zajac wiec moga nas przeniesc na drugie pietro. Ucieszylismy sie bo wlasnie mielismy sie pakowac by zmienic hotel na inny. W trzecim pokoju nie dzislalo zadne gniazdko ani lampka. Nie moglismy naladowac telefonow. Znow ta sama smutna pani stowrdzila ze to wieksza awaria i ze wlasnie jest naprawiana. Okazalo sie to klamstwem. W innych pokojach byl prad, na dole gniazdka tez dzialaly a zadnej ekipy na miejscu nie bylo.
Dodatkowo mam wrazenie ze posciel nie jest tam wymieniana po kazdym pobycie a przynajmniej nasza byla poplamiona. To byl jeden z najgorszych hoteli w jakich bylismy! ABSOLUTNIE NIE POLECAM

A wonderful place to stay, close to the Heart of the Colonial City.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located, very close to the heart of the Colonial City Center. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was extremely well kept, clean and had a good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It didn’t bother me, but for a big person, the bathroom would be too small, and for someone with mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, as the Hotel doesn’t have an elevator.

La struttura in stile coloniale. Lo staff era disponibile, il primo giorno c'è stata assegnata una stanza senza finestre, ma il giorno seguente c'è stata cambiata su nostra richiesta.
