便利な場所なのにサービス残念すぎる

接客態度は良かったのですが、接客内容がよくなかった。場所も便利なのに中身が残念すぎる。
場所もよくて、便利。ソウルの人にホテル名を言ったらわかる場所。

Cons:

夫の誕生日ということを記録しておきますって書いてたのに何のサービスもないばかりか、トイレットペーパーの補充をしている途中で掃除を終わった様子でした。足りないから補充しておいてくださいと朝言って外出して夜に帰ってきたらまさかのまだ補充してなかった。

Aloft Seoul Myeongdong was an absolutely fantastic place to stay and exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Myeongdong and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, cafés and public transport. The hotel is modern, stylish and welcoming, with comfortable, well-designed rooms that provided the perfect retreat after busy days exploring Seoul. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, professional and always happy to assist. I particularly loved the vibrant atmosphere and convenience of having everything nearby. I would happily stay at Aloft Seoul Myeongdong again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

Good location , take breakfast somewhere in the street since it’s poorly run in the hotel

Breakfast room staff are not good . Bfast is supposed to run until 10:00. By 09:30 hotel guests were being turned away and those in the bfast room were told that bfast was about to close . Cooked breakfast items were running low by 09:30 . I complained about this to the hotel . The very next day nothing had changed , still just as bad

Personelin güler yüzlü, yardımsever olmasını, odamızın her her gün temizlenip havlularımızın değiştirilmesini, odamıza her gün içme suyu bırakılmasını, odada terlik olmasını, Myeondong alışveriş caddesine ve gece pazarına çok yakın olmasını, resepsiyonda ücretsiz kahve olmasını, 24 saat açık resepsiyon olmasını SEVDİM.

Ücretsiz wi-fi sinyali iyiydi.

Myeongdong alışveriş caddesine ve gece pazarlarına birkaç adım yürüme mesafesinde olması mükemmeldi.

Cons:

Açık büfe kahvaltıda Türk turistlere uygun seçeneklerin az olmasını, kahvaltının Kore ve Asya mutfağı ağırlıklı olmasını, kahvaltının tekrarlayan (monoton) olmasını, meyve seçiminin sınırlı olmasını, Otelde sadece iki asansör olmasını SEVMEDİM.

Üç yetişkin için konaklama ücreti ödememe rağmen, üçüncü yetişkin için ekstra kahvaltı ücreti ödemek zorunda kalmam hoşuma gitmedi. Kahvaltıda sunulanlara göre üçüncü kişiden talep edilen kahvaltı fiyatı oldukça yüksek. Sunulan açık büfe kahvaltıda, Türkiye'den gelen turistler için daha çok seçenek olabilirdi.
