Personelin güler yüzlü, yardımsever olmasını, odamızın her her gün temizlenip havlularımızın değiştirilmesini, odamıza her gün içme suyu bırakılmasını, odada terlik olmasını, Myeondong alışveriş caddesine ve gece pazarına çok yakın olmasını, resepsiyonda ücretsiz kahve olmasını, 24 saat açık resepsiyon olmasını SEVDİM.
Ücretsiz wi-fi sinyali iyiydi.
Myeongdong alışveriş caddesine ve gece pazarlarına birkaç adım yürüme mesafesinde olması mükemmeldi.
Açık büfe kahvaltıda Türk turistlere uygun seçeneklerin az olmasını, kahvaltının Kore ve Asya mutfağı ağırlıklı olmasını, kahvaltının tekrarlayan (monoton) olmasını, meyve seçiminin sınırlı olmasını, Otelde sadece iki asansör olmasını SEVMEDİM.
Üç yetişkin için konaklama ücreti ödememe rağmen, üçüncü yetişkin için ekstra kahvaltı ücreti ödemek zorunda kalmam hoşuma gitmedi. Kahvaltıda sunulanlara göre üçüncü kişiden talep edilen kahvaltı fiyatı oldukça yüksek. Sunulan açık büfe kahvaltıda, Türkiye'den gelen turistler için daha çok seçenek olabilirdi.

Great and attentive staff. Room was nice and spacious. Very great laundry room with two good washing machines and two dryers. Very nice and convenient location in myeongdong.
This hotel is right in the centre and close to many restaurants, shopping centres, train stations, markets and only an hour or so to the airport. I used a bus to and from the hotel to the airport and the bus stop is not far from the hotel. Tour buses also stops metres from the hotel. Had a pleasant stay here. Staff were nice and helpful too. Rooms spacious and well equipped. My room had the best views.
It’s in an excellent location. We got a junior suite which was the perfect size for two. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.

This hotel was really nice. The staff were really friendly. The room was good as we got a breezy suite. The room came with a water filter, which was really easy to get water. In the lobby, there was free coffee and free popcorn. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
