ハマツさんは2回目でしたが、今回も朝食が美味しく、スタッフさんのサービスも良いので気持ちよく泊まれました。

Pros:

駐車場が地下でしたが、ホテル入り口で荷物を先に下ろす等の案内はありませんでした。格式有るホテルのようでしたが・・・温かさはもう少しほしかったかな？　お部屋は禁煙室が取れなかったので、とてもタバコ臭かったです。消臭スプレーがあったらうれしかったです。トイレの便座がずれやすく不安定でした。ねじが緩んでた？

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We chose a traditional style room for 3 with Tatami mats. We stayed for 4 days over a 2 week period. Breakfast was included in our package.
