Pros:

It is in a handy position close to everything

Cons:

Kitchen is as clean as the people you share it with...drawers need a cleanout and tidy up.
I don't usually use kitchen facilities as i like the cooked meals and atmosphere in the pubs where I stay, so this was a surprise.

Comfortable stay right in town
Pros:

Recently refurbished corner room with views to the river and an electric log-effect fireplace that made the room very cosy. No noise from the pub patrons downstairs on a friday night. Fantastic shared guest lounge, kitchenette and dining space across the hall and opening onto the verandah. Short stroll across the bridge from the Little Theatre where we saw a show.

Cons:

Could use more hooks for hanging clothes (there is no wardrobe, just a single hook behind the bathroom and entrance door). We didnt mind the stairs, but be aware rooms are upstairs when booking.

Short and sweet pit stop on the way back to Launnie
Pros:

The walk to the room had be questioing my choice but the room itself was clean and bathroom had been updated which was nice. Great location for a walk. Spacious enough for both suitcases.

Cons:

Our room was next to the laundry but aside from the early birds doing thier laundry before checkout, the other people staying respected the 9PM quiet time.
The bed wasn't the comfiest on the trip but it did the job for us.
