Das Zimmer war so wie man es sich wünscht.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel Element liegt in der Innenstadt von Kuala Lumpur in fußläufiger Nähe zur Metro Station Ampang Park (ca. 300m). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Petronas Tower, Merdeka Square, Jamek Moschee, … ) sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter, das Restaurant im 40. Stockwerk mit seinem phänomenalen Ausblick, das umfangreiche und köstliche Frühstück, die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und der Service in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war uns zu laut (aber vielleicht haben wir es auch mit der niedrig eingestellten Zimmertemperatur übertrieben). Zu Stoßzeiten kann die Wartezeit auf den Lift etwas länger dauern (aber im Urlaub kein Problem).

Great, new and well maintained property. I have stayed here twice now and loved it. Good option for a comfortable quiet
Pros:

New and clean rooms, great hot shower.
A little out of the way so less traffic when being picked or dropped off. Also, there is a store downstairs which is also convenient to get snacks from.

Cons:

Pool was great but always seemed busy and loud with kids. Plus there were only a few loungers which were occupied whenever we went.
A little further out than the other hotels right near KLCC etc but still relatively walkable depending on weather. Plus, Grabs are super easy and affordable.

Great location, friendly staff and wonderful facilities.
Pros:

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of buffet options as well as the chefs on had to cook eggs. Lovely range of cereal and fruit and cheeses as well.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like other than not staying a bit longer.
