Dont have 24 hours bell boy,
We had a fantastic staycation experience here. The attention to detail is amazing, as they even provide dishwashing liquid in the room so you can easily wash the cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery.
The rooms offer a stunning view of the KL skyline, and the 24-hour coffee machine was a major plus. Another great perk is the complimentary bike rental, which is a wonderful way to explore KL city.
Breakfast was excellent, and I loved that they have a barista on-site to brew you a proper, fresh cup of coffee. To top it off, the swimming pool is warm and has a really nice, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!
The only downside is that the lift waiting time can get a bit long during peak hours.

Le bar était fermé à 21 h et il ne servait quasiment pas d'alcool. La piscine était couverte et pas très chaude et très impersonnelle
The place was very clean (including the room)
The TV had a blackish area - top left corner (Room 4202).
The mattress was too soft and I complained to the reception where they said they will turn over the mattress (but somehow they did not).
