En revanche, les installations commencent à être vieillissantes et mériteraient d’être rénovées. L’eau chaude met également beaucoup de temps à arriver, et l’écoulement dans les canalisations est assez bruyant. Enfin, l’hôtel est assez isolé, avec peu ou pas de commerces de proximité.
Spacious room with amazing view of the city. All of the Major skyscrapers are visible from the hotel. We also absolutely loved the location - it's like 10 mins from KLCC park and 10 min ride to Petronas towers. The food was great too. Good selection of food for breakfast. Honesty it's hard to beat the value for money this offers.
Staff was a bit lost. We arrived a bit too early and they were confused as to what to offer to us, but it's no major issue.

Our room had an incredible, unbelievable view. Food was great and plant-based breakfast options were labeled. Small but useful fitness room. Very nice salted pool. I haven’t been to any other hotels in KL, but I assume this is one of the best.

Très bel hôtel avec tout confort et équipement nécessaire. La chambre skyview était très grande avec même une kitchenette.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié le robinet a eau filtrée pour remplir les bouteilles et ne pas avoir chaque jour des bouteilles d'eau. Ecomique et écologique.
Bonne literie et belle salle de bain et produits d'hygiène très agréables.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et chacun y trouve son bonheur.
Le personnel est agréable et au petit soin.
2 stations de métro se trouvent également a 5mn a pied de l'hôtel.

La piscine était un peu petite pour l'hôtel.

Room was very average for the price. Their swimming pool wasn't functional and that was not put up as notice. The room had a window that got stuck and I genuinely expected more from the place given the price and the hype
Very modern hotel with comfortable beds, sink, fridge and microwave in the room. The view of KL was stunning from our rooms 4110 and 4111. Breakfast had everything you could imagine. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating - I know it is common place to store luggage, but we did that and then used the pool after checking out and showered too. Highly recommend and we will be looking for Element by Westin/Marriott again in the future (second time staying with this chain and both times were outstanding!).

La piscine, les equipements dans la suite.
Les demandes d'etages eleves pour nos 2 suites / chambres avec skyline view pour notre famille avec 4 enfants. Nous avons paye une somme extremement consequente et reserve il y a tres longtemps pourtant. Nous avons vu d'autres couples se faire surclasser sans avoir paye la vue et nous avons eu le droit a l etage le plus bas...un peu frustrant d'autant que nos 2 chambres n'etaient pas au meme etage. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d'etre discrimine en tant que famille europeenne ? Nous n'avons pas apprecie la nombreuse clientele chinoise briuyante et ne respectant pas les regles de savoir vivre a la piscine par ailleurs. Aucun rappel à l'ordre du personnel.
