the stay was just average in view of the room price and i still had to pay for parking
Pros:

The place was very clean (including the room)

Cons:

The TV had a blackish area - top left corner (Room 4202).
The mattress was too soft and I complained to the reception where they said they will turn over the mattress (but somehow they did not).

Я заранее уточняла можно ли оплатить картой юнионпей, на месте оказалось - нельзя. Мы уставшие после самолёта и долгой дороги искали банкомат, чтобы снять наличные. Менеджеры в отеле на встречу никак не пошли в этом вопросе... Завтраки скудные. У нас закончился гель для душа его никто не поменял. Слив в душе расположен как-то неудачно и очень сильно шумит. Окна грязные. За эти деньги могли бы и посуетиться.

Pros:

Nice room and good breakfast

Cons:

This hotel is located from the 42 floor and up and the lift ride takes quite some time! The place just isn't suitable for people who are not totallycomfortable with heights! This wasn't clear from the description on booking.com
