I stayed at the hotel for a birthday staycation, and it was a truly memorable experience. This was my third stay at the property, and each visit has consistently exceeded my expectations. Since my first stay, I have found it difficult to consider other hotels, as this one offers a level of comfort and quality that is hard to match.
Prior to my arrival, I had requested a specific room, and I sincerely appreciated that the team accommodated this request. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a cake and a handwritten card prepared for me, which made the occasion feel very special. Throughout my stay, the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. One of the team members also offered me a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful touch.
The room was excellent - well-appointed, cosy, and paired with a very comfortable bed. The stay was peaceful and relaxing, with a stunning view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, including the KL Tower, the Petronas Twin Towers, and Merdeka 118.
The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, with many attractions nearby. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, offering excellent value, comfort, and service. It has become my first choice for any hotel stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I would highly recommend it.

The house-keeping staff cleaning the rooms must be aware of my family’s needs like replacing the correct number of towels. The quality of towels looks past their date; yellow rather than white and must also be changed.

Hotel is located near the AMPANG PARK LRT station which is about 250m away. Reception is located within a building on the 40th floor and rooms starts from 41st floor upwards.
Room is large with great view of city centre. Room lighting is also bright and comfortable for use.
No water bottles are provided but a tapped water filter is provided for refillable drinking water.
In bathroom amenities provided of better quality. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner as well as body lotion are provided.
Bed is large and comfortable with 2pillow each guest is provided.
Driving in house staying guest can validate parking rate of RM10.00/day. redeemable from the reception counter.
24hrs Coffee and tea refreshment is free at reception area for in house guest.
In room dining too available 24hrs for in guest order convenience through QR code provided.
Restaurant team (Trace cafe) gives excellent service with being quite flexible with guest request.
On our night dinner at Trace, Khalilah and her team was so sweet to make accommodating request for us; allowing me to eat at the cafe area instead of room for our ala carte option.
Food service size is quite large and reasonable for price charged.
lift service is slow even not on peak times.
Room door is not very sound proof as we can hear other guest walking up and down the hallway

The view and the self-service laundry are my top most. The staffs' professionalism and hospitality live up to the Marriot Standard. Breakfast is very nice especially the coffee, its freshly brewed. Not to forget the location, few steps away from KLCC Park.
I should say, the ROOM did not live up to the Marriot High Standard. Marriot Brand hotels are welcoming, pampering, relaxing, cozy and smellls really good.
Location is great. Facilities are kids friendly. Complimentary drinks definitely biggest plus point for the stay. Most staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious for the price. Overall nice stay.
Check-in was a hassle as the staff wasn't helpful initially. No complimentary parking for us.
