Шах Палас, который далеко не дворец
Pros:

Взаимодействие с сотрудниками на ресепшн, оперативность и готовность помочь по любому вопросу и ночью и днем. Чайхона Navat рядом с отелем, вкусно и недорого. Гостеприимство кыргызского народа, его отзывчивость.

Cons:

Очень 'уставший' отель и номера, не работал смеситель, слабый напор горячей воды (номер полулюкс на 4 этаже), севшие от стирки вафельные халаты маленького размера, отсутствие минимальных гостиничных сетов/kits (палочки, диски, салфетки, мыло), грязные шторы на окнах, не работающий телевизор, отсутствие российских каналов и пр.

Me cobraron dos veces la habitación diciéndome que no aceptaban pago con booking una vergüenza de verdad. Encima justo me dijeron eso a las 4 de la mañana cuando iba justa de tiempo para ir al aeropuerto.

The location was wonderful. It was right near the city where I could go enjoy lots of delicious food, walk around the parks and take in the fresh cold air and do some convenient shopping.

Cons:

The wifi wasn’t working the entire time I was there. They would constantly tell me that the issue would be resolved the next day but it never was so that was disappointing.
