It wasn't an enjoyable experience, I literally endured it
Pros:

The breakfast and food in general tasted good

Cons:

I stayed in room 303 and there was a horrid smell in the bathroom, very horrid and it was especially pronounced late in the night and early in the mornings. I suspect a drainage system problem. I also saw a coackroach in the room. The Bedsheets were usually stained. The room had a connecting door to another room and you could hear virtually everything going on in the other room. It was so loud too!
I complained about the stench in the bathroom and asked for my room to be changed, but unfortunately the whole place was booked and it was too late to move to another hotel

I was honestly disappointed.
Pros:

'English breakfast ' was passable

Cons:

Dirty pillowcase
Bathroom floor towel was filthy and the dirty foot prints on it were folded in to conceal it. A no no!
Called your staff to make a complaint. I also took some pictures. Shower tray had the same dirty foot prints. The cleaner I spoke to cleaned up nicely ,but first impressions matter.
On the checkout day, the AC was not working same for the lift some electrical fault I was made to understand.

I loved the hotel. Great value for money, for sure.
I loved the decor of the hotel. Very convenient fact is the barber shop in the hotel. Clean and presentable. Gentle and nice staff.
After a very long trip from the east to Abuja by car, the comfortable bed was like an elixir to my tired body.
Breakfast was a plus! I enjoyed the Spanish omelette. They went the extra mile to accommodate my husband's request concerning adding yam to his breakfast.

Cons:

There is always room for improvement.
I had a situation as only one towel was in the room, and we were two, my husband and myself. Regarding this, I was told that the Administration had assigned one towel per room, regardless of the number of persons occupying the room. I protested against this, and an additional towel was provided almost immediately.

Quite disappointed!
Pros:

Actually quite disappointed!
The hotel was under renovation. We were not notified regarding this prior to arrival, even when we arrived, we were not told.
When i spoke to the duty manager regarding it, he said he will speak to the general manager and get back to me. This Never happened!
Also on the second morning we were having breakfast, there was a big mouse that was trying to sneak out of the hole in the wall into the restaurant. Very bad!
There was a poor selection of TV channels; half of what was available wasnt even viewable, just a black screen.
Basically we didnot receive what we saw on their website or on the hotels.com app.
The room was ok and the only thing i enjoyed was there meals, rice and chicken or with goat meat. Good portions.
