Comodo y elegante
Pros:

Desayuno, amabilidad del personal, camas cómodas, limpio y bonito.
Tuvimos un problema con el viaje ya que empezabamos en toscana y terminabamos en Florencia, al llegar a Italia nos quedamos sin coche para hacer el trayecto y Alfieri 9 fue el único hotel de los que teniamos reservados que nos cambio las fechas del alojamiento. Ademas como no tenian la habitación libre que teniamos reservada para esas fechas entre la estancia nos volvieron a hacer un cambió de habitación para que estuvieramos lo mas comodos posibles con nuestra hija.

Cons:

El sitio es de 10, no es una queja pero si a tener en cuenta que para llegar al piso de la puerta del hotel hay que usar escaleras y como íbamos con carro de bebe teníamos que cargar con el.

Chambres impeccables, service très chaleureux et anticipatif. De l’hospitalité comme on l’aime!

Service aux petits soins et accueil chaleureux!
Nous avons pu laisser nos valises à l’accueil le dernier jour pour profiter pleinement de nos promenades sans être trop chargées. Le personnel nous a offert un café pour patienter jusqu’à notre départ définitif de l’hôtel.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

Mostly the service which was super attentive, kind, and cooperative especially from Ihab, Giorgio and Sylvia. Thank you very much.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work we couldn’t care less, but for people with disabilities it might be problematic for any other aspect. It was a terrific day with a wonderful service in a beautiful site and a big room.

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend con la nostra bambina di 2 anni, la struttura è piccola e molto curata, la camera dotata di tutto quello che può servire, il check in è stato molto semplice e la comunicazione con lo staff eccezionale. La colazione è buona e abbondante e servita in un grazioso salottino. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi e molto accoglienti.

It was easily accessible to the city center and in a safe location with a parking garage next door! The staff was wonderful and friendly too!!
