Pros:

C'etait parfait ! Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, la chambre très confortable, le petit déjeuner diversifié et délicieux.
Parking payant tout à coté de l'hébergement.

Wonderful hotel and staff, would thoroughly recommend
Pros:

The whole experience was amazing. Sylvia made us so welcome! The rooms were beautiful, great breakfast and perfect location for walking into city centre!

Très agréable endroit pour se ressourcer au calme après une journée de visite
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner, varié, produits frais dans un cadre à la déco agréable, moderne et chaleureuse.
Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse, calme
Personnel très attentif à nos besoins (merci de nous avoir trouvé un pèse-bagage!!) et accueillant (merci au sourire de Silvia!)
Charme d'un immeuble d'habitation ancien
On a séjourné 1 semaine à l'hôtel et on le retrouvait chaque jour avec beaucoup de plaisir au terme d'une journée de visite!

Cons:

Manque de planches dans l'armoire pour ranger les vêtements.
Salle de bain un peu ancienne mais c'est lié à l'ancienneté du bâtiment, ce qui en fait son charme

Super appartement hôtel au calme
Pros:

La localisation dans un secteur grand et calme. L'établissement et la hauteur sous plafond des chambres. Le personnel du petit déjeuner comme Sylvia. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. La chambre était assez grande et bien équipée. Nous étions ravies

Cons:

Le chauffage dans la chambre 5 faisait un gros bruit. Le matériaux utilisé pour le sol des chambres et un peu d'humidité dans la salle de bain.

Super petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Rien si ce n'est juste un cendrier à l'extérieur. J'ai vu des clients jeter leur mégot sur la rue.

Three night stay in beautiful Florence - would highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Very warm welcome from Sylvia when we arrived and very useful information about where to go and how to get there. One place was a viewpoint at Piazzale Michelangelo which provides superb views of the whole city.
She recommended several restaurants and we went to two of them - Trattoria Cesarino and Trattoria Accade - both of which offered delicious Tuscan traditional food at a reasonable price.
Location is good with everything within walking distance but in a quiet street.
We did a ‘free’ walking tour which was excellent - you pay what you think it’s worth at the end.
Breakfast was excellent and sitting at a big table with other guests is good for socialising.

Cons:

The stairs up to the first floor are a bit daunting at first but a nice young man carried up our suitcases so it was not a problem overall.
