Pros:

Location to Northern Nights festival.

Cons:

Loose toilet seat, crazy homeless people threatening me.

Seems like a work in progress. I wish them the best.
Cons:

Carpet was not clean around the edges. Suspicious smear, possible poop above the toilet paper holder. Dilapidated wallpaper. Fridge not plugged in.

Great location - Limited facilities
Pros:

The location was idea as a stop over between California and Oregon. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe just across the street was fantastic! Parking was free. We were able to check-in at 9:30pm.

Cons:

The communication via Booking.com prior to arrival was extremely unhelpful. Local restaurant closed by 9pm with very little available for late arrivals. The check-in was through a glass window and very 'transactional'.

Nice place, lots of convenient things around
Pros:

Everything was nice, however it took 2 days for someone to look at the TV. It never worked.

Excellent. When I'm back in that area, I will stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some special needs and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The motel was super clean and very well maintained. My friend and I commented on how we could tell that they took great pride in their property.

Cons:

There was nothing that didn't meet our expectations.

Great value for quality lodging.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me as I was looking to cruise through the Avenue of the Giants. The service was also very good, if I needed anything they were very responsive.
