Nice rooms with a couple minor problems
Pros:

The end unit room was large and nice.

Cons:

The tv wasn't lined up with the bed at all, so we just streamed shows on my laptop computer. And my friend's room smelled like it had been used as a smoking room at least once, even though the room was labeled as a non smoking room

Definitely adequate for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Great parking and close to restaurants. Comfortable bed and comfy seats. Room was well lit and the AC worked very well. Very quiet location. The gentleman at the desk was very nice.

Cons:

The TV was on a satellite service and I couldn’t watch the 49ers pre season game. Shower head produced weak stream of water. The interior needs updating and the walls have been poorly repaired after some work.

Pros:

Very clean room. Good size as well.

Cons:

It was 97 degrees outside when I checked in and the A/C was completely turned off. It took 2 hours for the room to become comfortable. Also, the mini-fridge was unplugged and took even longer to be usable for my cold items.
I can certainly see turning the thermostat up during the day, but turned off?

Cons:

Carpet was not clean around the edges. Suspicious smear, possible poop above the toilet paper holder. Dilapidated wallpaper. Fridge not plugged in.

Great location - Limited facilities
Pros:

The location was idea as a stop over between California and Oregon. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe just across the street was fantastic! Parking was free. We were able to check-in at 9:30pm.

Cons:

The communication via Booking.com prior to arrival was extremely unhelpful. Local restaurant closed by 9pm with very little available for late arrivals. The check-in was through a glass window and very 'transactional'.
