A lovely hotel and winery.
Pros:

We loved that everything was in one location. We ate at the restaurant for all of our meals and the food was excellent. We had a wine tasting and tour the first afternoon of our stay. The hotel staff could communicate with us easily and provided many good suggestions. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nothing. Everything was great.
