Pros:

Le jardin

Cons:

Les piscine ne sembent pas propres. L'une n'est pas nettoyée, dans l'autre il n'y a aucune filtration visible, eau stagnante = pas de baignade.
L'ensemble de l'hôtel est vétuste. Ça devait être un bel hôtel dans le temps.
Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bains.

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft

Cons:

All -In habe ich gebucht und auch bezahlt. Nur Wasser und einen Softdrink.pro Tag.Keine Einheimischen alkoholischen Getränke. Fernseher läuft, aber alle 3 Sender nur Werbeschleifen.Nicht mal Bier gab es inklusive.

Great staff, nice and clean but lacking some basic ammenties like hot water, and good food.
Pros:

the staff are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a great job. They gym is great, half the reason our team wanted to stay here.

Cons:

The water pressure is terrible. Most of the mixers in the bathrooms (our group had 9 rooms total I believe) seem to be going so if you can get water it is either scalding hot or freezing cold, not much in between. Half of the rooms had no ceiling fans but the staff did get us floor fans. The food takes forever (usually 1-2 hours) to come and then it's cold. But if you are just getting drinks it's great.

Pros:

I had booked for my Partner who was travelling alone, and she arrived at the Hotel after 10pm. Unfortunately she had not eaten all day. The Hotel Restaurant closed at 10pm and when she suggested getting take away food, she was told that bringing food into the Hotel was now allowed. She elected to terminate her stay and move to another hotel.

Pros:

The staff was courteous. The room was clean but the shower was poor, saw some little bugs in tub, the cold water was turned off and the WiFi didn’t work. No A/C though it was listed on Expedia as an amenity. The facility had been nice at one time but they have not maintained it. Rate is too high for what is offered.
