Pros:

-Extremely kind staff.
-Convenient location, just a 10 minutes walk to the main Nagoya station.
-Clean, modern facilities.

Cons:

-Found a hair (maybe from the cleaning staff?) in my bathroom. Also the top of the lamp shade was dusty and had visibly not been cleaned for a while.
