Just a place to stay, dirty and smelly
Pros:

You have to pay for breakfast. Nothing is complimentary

Cons:

The rotten smell on floor 2, the raggedy elevator buttons that didn’t allow you to go down. Dust on the walls so thick you can capture on a photo.

Cons:

The faucet in room 401's bathroom is partially broken, there are dirty towels in the shower, and the black towel next to the sink emits an unpleasant odor. The disinfectant used on the clothes had a very strong smell. I am quite sensitive to smells, and these odors were strong enough to make me vomit.

Overall good but higher priced than other hotels around. Not having a cup of coffee in the morning did not help

The coffee machine in the room did not work. We were not able to get a complimentary coffee at the breakfast spot because it is run by a different organization.

Pleasant staff, comfortable room.
Cons:

The elevator had issues, buttons not working. We had to attain new room keys everyday, because they would not consistently open our room door.(4 times in two days).

Key card did not open any entry doors, staff said it was sunlight on keycard readers but it was 8:30 at night no sunlight! Elevator floor selection buttons could not be depressed to select floors so elevator would not move, tv remote control did not work, room thermostat could not select temperature again buttons were worn out and could not be depressed. Mattress was flat and sunk to middle, just worn out.
