The espresso machine was unavailable for over a month. This is unacceptable.
Nice room, very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk and valet staff very efficient. Nice lobby space, convenient to spread out into it for breakfast.
Could have used a place to put my own soap and shampoo in the shower - I have to bring my own because of allergies to common ingredients.
Would have appreciated decaf tea that is plain black instead of Earl Grey - again because of allergies but I know you can't stock for every possible taste.

My room check in should be ready at 3 pm but they made me wait because the room wasn’t ready , and they asked me to come later, they will give me a call when the room will be ready

I was emailed that I could bring my dog and then was told at the front desk she wasn’t allowed
the size and check in was easy. Staff was friendly and informative
bottom floor room that felt like we were in a basement. Super loud garbage dumpster issue at 5:30am for 3-5 minutes of slamming dumpsters and sliding therm on concrete. The room stunk like BO and urine and there is no way the hotel was full so not sure why we would be put in a dungeon like room
Valet employees are really outgoing! Shoutout to Derek really lifts up the mood also the other derek as well.
