Complete disaster
Pros:

Reservation center is a complete disaster, called around 1AM and informed them it’s an emergency and I need two rooms ASAP for myself and my family, after verifying multiple times that I needed to check in around 2AM and check out at 4PM, they verified and assured me that everything is okay, as soon as I get the email it’s for the next day, and once I showed up to the property trying to see if they can simply change the date, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, had to call again and try to fix the issue, I was informed that the nearest availability would be at a property 35 minutes away, I drive the distance and upon checking in I tried to confirm that my check out is at 4 PM, front desk told me that she need to call someone to confirm, since we had an infant and 6 very tired adults, I just wanted to check in and informed the front desk to call in the morning to verify with me, I get a call around 12:30 PM from the assistant manager to inform me that I will be charged a late check out fee, the same fee that the reservation center assured me multiple times that I would not be charged any fee, she wouldn’t even try to call the reservation center to clarify any miscommunication, she told me that they are separate entities, as if they don’t work for the same company!!! I have to go through all the headache because of someone’s incompetence, the Assistant Manager should take the initiative to try to make the situation better, and to top things off after waiting for 45min on hold with the reservation center I get hung up on and they don’t call back.

Amazing
Pros:

I had an amazing time here! The staff were very accommodating and attentive. I wish I got all their names but Venn, Yael, Xochtil to name a few were excellent. Also the valet team made the trip luxurious and less stressful!!

Definitely would stay here again!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Even the pull out bed was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was great! Friendly staff. Walking distance from the boardwalk.

Cons:

I wish they had free parking instead of having to pay daily valet.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Plenty of delicious, health options. The room and hotel were clean, smelled fresh, and welcoming.

Cons:

The quality of the morning coffee could be better. Unfortunately the rooms facing the pool are LOUD - you can hear conversations. I'm glad there is a 10:00pm restriction. Would appreciate it a bit earlier.
