Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und hat grosse Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir mehr als eine Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war, obwohl wir angegeben hatten, zu welcher Zeit wir ankommen würden.

Als wir das Zimmer endlich beziehen konnten, hatte das Bett Flecken. Immerhin bekamen wir ohne Umstände ein neues Zimmer.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider enttäuschend.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as we spent our weekend at the beach and the boardwalk which was about a 5min drive. The staff was friendly and helpful, and rooms are spacious and clean. Outdoor heating pool was perfect for my little niece and nephew to swim every night, pool was a little smaller than what I expected but nonetheless it was great!

Cons:

Breakfast can get a little crowded but its understanding as it was a holiday weekend.

I will definitely be staying at Hyatt properties in the future
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I really liked the vallet parking service. The hotel felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. Their rooms were very clean and well designed and comfortable.

Cons:

The free breakfast in the mornings, the food selection and portions available were generous. But the food quality was only a six out of 10.

Pros:

Immaculate room, lovely pool area, nice bar and excellent breakfast

Cons:

A bit of a queue and a wait to get our car back in the morning from the valet. Not sure the valet service is even necessary when it’s clearly just the car park below
