Everything was fine 👍
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable; we could feel the springs digging into our backs. We had to take turns sleeping 😴

The staff is EVERYTHING and the rooms were clean, big and comfortable.
I must have chosen the busiest time to grab breakfast. A lot of people in a very small space...ran out of everything, including silverware and plates, but the staff were incredible, and very patient.
Staff was nice and valet employees were amazing.
Room was over 2 hours late for our check in time but when I asked for an extra 2 hours for a late checkout they were going to charge us.

Location is ideal- everything is close by. The beds were comfy and the room was very spacious and clean. The valet staff were a highlight- they always remembered us, engaged in pleasant conversation and were incredibly fast, helpful and friendly.
No complaints or suggestions.
Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The location was in an area with housing, but close driving distance to most things in Santa Cruz. I would stay again. We stayed here to go to Moe's Alley for a concert which was a couple of miles away and fairly convenient.
everything was good
The staff was genuinely friendly. The parking was easy. The hotel was in great shape. The breakfast was delicious, full of protein options. Big room. Kid friendly. I would bring my family back.
What I would change is the bacon at the chow hall in the morning was shredded. I didn't see the option to chose whole strands of bacon. Other than that the food was great.

Slightly out of the way, it was neither in the Boardwalk area or Downtown. Good if you have a car, but if you are walking it's bit of a trek to get around.
