Good location. Needs a good spring clean.
Pros:

Great location on James Street. Bonus is free street parking nearby.

Cons:

Rooms a bit dark. Also needs a good clean. Loads of dust in the bathroom roof and vents and mould in the shower.

Great location and room.
Pros:

Location and staff and room capacity for my family. Coffee was good.

Cons:

Cleanliness. The bathroom sink was blocked and mold and general cleanliness not acceptable.

The bed was a bit small , the shower head broke and the shower leaked water from around the glass panel on to the floor.

Terrible.
Pros:

Location is ok.

Cons:

Room was average. The hot water didn't work for a full day. Staf made up stories for a day saying workers are on site. Story kept changing. Staff rude. Terrible experience. Construction npoise a nightmare. wont be back
