Can hear a lot of things, wasn’t sound proof.
At Sage I found Pet accommodation over 3 nights that was moderately priced & was pleased that the hotel provided for & really valued all creatures.
Hotel staff were great & responded professionally to any annoyance re: daytime construction noise across the road..
The room was clean & bathroom impressed me with all accessible fittings & quality toiletries.
James St is my favourite spot & I walked to The Powerhouse Theatre, Palace Cinema & quality cafes. I took an easy Uber ride to The Arts Centre, Southbank & Galleries etc.
I also needed parking & it was convenient via the hotel lift. Its price seemed at the high end, but it is off James St.
Location is great, just a block from the main area in the valley. We stayed here because we needed the double beds as a young family. Room is spacious enough to not feel cramped. Good for if you just need somewhere to sleep not fussed with facilities.
Not sure why we had lots of ants in our place. We noticed dead ants on the bathroom counter every day. Every day, more and more would appear on the counter. It was really strange. Then it would be in the bed too. Not lots but enough to feel uncomfortable.
You also have to purchase dental kits. Which I know it’s helping reduce waste to do so, but wish we got a warning.

Never slept a wink with all the noise from hotel, worst room ever1118 , staff refused to move me, never again.
