Grout in the tiles in the bathroom a little mouldy

The location was great. It was close to where I needed to attend a function. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket close by. The staff member when checking out was very friendly and had a good attitude.
The check in staff were rude. Did not explain how to get into the rooms with the card, it took me a little bit to work it out.
Would have liked instructions on how to use the coffee machine and maybe have milk in the fridge.
Location is fabulous room comfortable and good value
There are a lot of building works around but as it was raining they weren’t working. This is listed on booking.com so we were aware
