Pros:

Location, easy parking. Despite a lot of reviews that complain about construction noise opposite street, we find it ok and tolerable. Balcony room was good.

Cons:

Parking was expensive per day. Room had a bit of mold smell, had to open balcony door to let in some fresh air.
