muito satisfatória
Pros:

muito bom hotel, otima localização com restaurantes perto. Quarto confortavel e banheiro grande e tudo muito limpo. Atendimento excelente.

Cons:

wifi de muito baixa qualidade e isso foi ruim para fazer reunião online.

No momento da reserva recebi uma mensagem que o chekin era apartir das 11:30, cheguei no hotel falaram que era apartir das 15 horas que tinham mudado a poucos dias e para entrar naquele momento que eu tinha chego eu teria que pagar meia hospedagem, como ja estava cansado tive que pagar o valor extra. Outro ponto me informarao do pet, que teria que pagar 50 reais por dia 150 reais total, o pet é um filhote, e no mes anterior ja tinha me hospedado no hotel e ninguem tinha me cobrado nada. resumindo tive que pagar esse valor extra novamente. Foi nossa segunda hospedagem e provavelmente a ultima
