The new normal of exploiting people’s hard earned money for sub standard facilities.
Pros:

We paid top price and had a room with now window! We were awake most of the night due to loud noise/music which finally ended at 4 am.
On arrival we were informed that our breakfast would be at another hotel around the corner. This was not to the same standard as the victory hotel.

Cons:

Basement room with no windows or sound proofing!

Best central hotel stay!
Pros:

Everything is so close to the property, just minutes from food, shops, transport and bars! Really loved the cleanliness and the staff were lovely! Breakfast is in a different hotel but only a 1 minute walk and it is a beautiful rooftop view breakfast!!! Worth every penny

Cons:

The shower can overflow quite easily so needed a lot of towels to stop any leaks

Pros:

Location is good. Beds comfortable. Good size room and shower room.

Cons:

Not the cleanest. Shower mouldy. Some tiles broken. Seating area stained (would have been a goid area). Air con not quite cool enough and quite noisy. Corridors a bit gloomy.

Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konumu güzel ancak temizlik ortalamaydı.

Cons:

Çarşafta leke vardı. Her gün oda temizleme geliyor,heryer tertemiz görünüyor fakat yatak çarşafındaki o leke yerinde duruyordu. Demekki çarşaflar değiştirilmiyordu.

Un desastre

Lo único bueno, la ubicación.

Cons:

El trato del personal a la llegada fue denigrante. Se descubrió que habíamos hecho la reserva de forma equivocada y se nos dijo que no habíamos habitaciones. Luego resultó ser que sí, que quedaba una sin aire acondicionado, que se nos ofreció a un precio abusivo. Como alternativa, casi a las doce de la noche, se nos brinda irnos a otro hotel. El maleducado recepcionista, sorbiéndose los mocos permanentemente, agudizó el estrés. "Les quedan 20 minutos antes de las doce o pierden la habitación". En esta situación se hizo primero una reserva en fechas equivocadas. Se nos dice que el reintegro del dinero dependerá de la decisión de booking. Cuando booking acepta reintegrar, se descubre que la decisión corresponde al hotel, que se niega. La habitación vendida, sin aire acondicionado, con suelo de goma en el baño, sucio, que se encharcada. Para el desayuno hay que irse a otro hotel en otra calle y otra manzana...Y más... Un horror que se vende como 4 estrellas y no tiene ni dos.

It was ok but next time I should request higher floors we were in M floors and windows are high and nothing to see
