Au vu du prix on s attendait à un autre standing
Pros:

L emplacement est en plein centre, près de beaucoup d attractions, la literie était très confortable

Cons:

L état des chambres, en particulier les moquettes et les salle de bains, aucune place pour ranger les habits et ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer, pas de déjeuner sur place

Not a good stay
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very bad. First, the hotel offers little services, you need to carry your own bags to the room.

Also, upon arrival, one elevator out of 2 was not working. No water (they said their waster shipment was delayed). And, on the 2nd day, the 2nd elevator went out as well. Imagine you need to carry water that you buy daily to your room and then just go up the stairs...

Honestly, if it wasn't for the location of the hotel, I would probably go lower!!

Chambre obscure, en fond de couloir vers la sortie de secours. Fenêtre donnant sur la cage d’escalier de secours.
Finition de matériel pas très propre, calcaire et saleté.

Excellent location, friendly flexible staff

Cons:

5 nights stay - the elevator worked only a few hours - the rest of the time we had to use the stairs to get to the 5th floor

Pros:

Room comfortable,spacious and clean. Right in the square but not noisy at all.

Cons:

Having to go to a partner hotel for breakfast. Whilst delicious and plenty of choice, having to walk out on the rain would not be so good.

lo unico bueno del hotel es la ubicacion y empleados simpaticos

Cons:

cuando llegamos ya no funcionaba un ascensor ,al 3er dia ninguno de los dos.Habia que subir y bajar por las escaleras.La recepcion es un bar con un empleado y computadora.Los desayunos los sirven en otro hotel(mismo dueño a una cuadra-Hotel Indigo).Claramente no es un hotel 4 estrellas-podria ser aspirante a 2 estrellas.Nos terminaron transfiriendo al hotel Indigo

Muy buena habitación y ubicación
Pros:

La habitación era mucho más cómoda de lo que imaginé. Todo funcionaba super bien, el aire acondicionado, el agua caliente, reponían botellas de aguas cada día, la cama súper cómoda.

Cons:

De los 6 días que me alojé, 5 días el ascensor estuvo malogrado y estaba alojada en el piso 4. No se me ofreció una solución ningún día de la estancia. Este problema se debió informar a la hora de la reserva.

The staff very polite and friendly
Bed and room comfortable

Cons:

We had to leave bags in reception by window as there was too much baggage in the store. When we returned alot of bags were gone from the window, one of our bags was on the floor and the other was now on a table in public space..bit risky.

The base of the shower wall leaks water out onto bathroom floor. Think seal has gone.
