Pros:

Location was excellent for what we wanted. Breakfast good but in a different hotel. Comfortable room and good shower.

Great value for money and super comfy sleep, would visit again!
Pros:

Really comfy bed and pillows, great location, friendly staff. Great lighting in the bathroom and good size. All for a very reasonable price considering the location😊 Would 100% visit this hotel again.

Cons:

Broken lift which meant a walk up a few flights of stairs, not too much of a problem as we only had a small amount of luggage! Room slightly dark and stuffy.

Great location, quiet newly refurbished rooms.
Pros:

Room was newly decorated , decorator was still there when we arrived! Quiet room despite overlooking Leicester Square.

Cons:

No real bar area to relax in.

Locatie was echt super! Lobby is leuk ingericht, gastvrij, schimmel en vervallen

De locatie is geweldig, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Schimmel in badkamer, bed is heel slecht, ook erg gehorig, je hoort andere hotel gasten aan alle kanten, boven onder en naast, wifi werkt niet

Trevligt och centralt hotell.
Pros:

Bra läge och fräscht rum. Det kom nya handdukar varje dag och var riktigt tyst trots att det ligger precis intill Leicester Square.

Cons:

Den ena hissen fungerade inte och den andra var riktigt långsam. Den var trasig när vi kom (torsdag) fram tills att vi åkte på söndagen, vilket gjorde att vi ofta behövde stå och vänta i cirka 5 min när vi skulle upp till vårt rum.
