Pros:

The location is perfect and the hosts are very kind and supportive. You don't get luxury, but you get exactly what is advertised and everything necessary is included, so you don't miss anything.

Cons:

(I talk strictly about the room I used)The keyboards for room access don't operate very adequately, maybe due to long service or maybe because of another reason, but at some attempts even if you press the right combination it might deny access and make you try again and again.
