J’ai passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel et à aucun moment les draps n’ont été changés et le ménage n’a pas été fait durant mon séjour. J’ai pu récupérer des serviettes avec la femme de ménage. Selon elle l’entretien de ma chambre n’avait pas été programmé alors que j’avais mis l’étiquette « ménage à faire »
