Fabulous location for passing through. Close to Coles.

Nice & quiet and very comfortable w xz
Pros:

The location was very quiet, away from passing traffic. The staff at check in were lovely. The beds were super comfy. Wifi was great. We would choose to stay here again if passing through.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean, with hairs in the floor, so obviously not swept & mopped 🫤

Clean comfy very good value.
Pros:

Tim at reception went above and beyond expectations. I called from Armidale asking if it was possible to check in early so we could change as we were attending a funeral. He made it happen - we were greeted with z smile - he was so friendly and professional such an asset to Mercure. Our room was perfect. So clean - extra large king bed
great shower. Parking off street secure and easy to access all one level. Will stay again if returning to Tamworth.

A great location away from the city so good for travellers with caravans and trailers to park.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and staff were really lovely

Cons:

The renovations on the club meant we went elsewhere for dinner and drinks

Super comfy bed & lovely room
Pros:

It was a perfect room for our short stay. The shower was great and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We would stay here again the next time we come to Tamworth.

Lots of parking space, would stay here again. Breakfast in our room was good.
Pros:

Friendly lady in reception I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

Cons:

Although alterations were on the go we managed to get some food in the main room which saved us from going out.
