Pros:

Good location. It was clean and an easy check in as someone was always at the desk no matter the time .

Cons:

To change the date of the booking i would have to book another room and not get refunded even though it was said a month in advance that the wrong date was booked. I had an option to change dates through booking.com but the room I had selected wasnt available but I was happy to pay extra for a larger room if need be. I was told that I wouldnt be refunded the 1st booking and had to make a separate booking in the more expensive room to stay the dates I first intended. I notified them of the wrong dates 1hr after the booking was made and a month in advance from the intended stay. I was told because it was prepaid (which I thought would be better) i couldnt get refunded no matter what. The place was nice and I did like everything about it and wanted to continue going there as I go to tamworth often. I didnt have an issue with their price and wanted to stay again but now im not so sure. I get if I just wanted the refund then it would make sense but I was still trying to stay there so I wasnt just wanting the money back.

Clean and omfortable accommodation, close to everything.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Didn't supply breakfast plates or cutlery. No freezer for us to store a freezer block for our travel.

Mercure anywhere never disappoints.
Pros:

We Stayed in the Standard King Room, it was very spacious clean and very comfortable. I was very convenient and had fantastic facilities with easy access to West Leagues Club.

Overall terrific experience, its my second time staying and will return again.
Pros:

It's a prime location to the west Tamworth leagues club.
The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable.
It's also dark and quiet in the rooms.

Cons:

The TV only had foxtel available.
That i didn't stay more then one night.
