for what I paid, this hotel was a dream. 3 bed apartment was amazing
food was limited and far from main areas like Seminyak and Kuta, if you want quiet them this is the hotel for you
The place is massive, and was really empty of people. Great for having the whole pool to yourself. Room was huge. Air conditioning was top notch. Welcome drink is the best iced tea I've ever had. Location is okay. We did walk to the beach one day, it is do-able. Just so hot and having to walk on the streets. It is about 20 mins walk. People in the Bar were great. Front desk wasn't so much. One lady was really nice though.. They kept our luggage for us after checkout which was good for an 11:45PM flight.
Had lots of bathroom issues. First day one bathroom didn't flush, second day the bidet was painful (and remained so the whole time), third day the water was turned off for the entire apartment, fourth day one bathroom overflowed and toilet water was everywhere. Also, you need to request housekeeping, so if you don't... you get no toilet paper!! Asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they just totally refused. The place was empty... they could spare it!!! No room service. No buffet breakfast. No bowls in kitchen. Elevators weren't turned on near our room. Photos showed toiletries and robes... But that wasn't provided. Everything was old...
Well this was a funny stay! First of all the place is huge, huge huge. Once we arrived I've thought that this hotel i closed and will have a problem but it turned that it is open. It wasn't a many guest - rather saw few which for me was awesome! Restaurant was open, same pool, even the play room for kids! Speaking about room itself - LIKE IT! Big, bed comfortable, big bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh, AC and wifi works as a charm! Really recommended this place. BTW there is the rooftop with awesome view. To sum up, (sep 2022) if you are looking for calm stay (without many people) with huge apartment - this is for you. BTW good starting point for exploring the south part of island or Dreamland beach :) I recommend gojek app if you want order some food or simply go to Jimbaran or anywhere else
Only thing what didn't like is location. Thing is that if you want to be in heart of nigth life , well this is not what you are looking for but for me it was fine! Saying that, there are few shops but not so close, still in walking distance but not so close.
All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The room we staying was huge and spacious. And we got a really good deal on price.
They need to upgrade the bed, its not comfortable sleeping with bouncy spring bed really.

Only ground floor was being used .all above 3 floors have not being used as due to water flooding .and has not been used for 2 yrs .I was checked into an apartment was dirty and back window breeze blocked so no light in the whole apartment .Ask-their staff
they said lifts do not go any floors except to look at views .I challenge your company to investigate why your company allows their customers to live there .Please reply to why your company allows me to go there .I await your reply !!!

Wifi does not work. Service is oK. Mini bar is very poorly stocked - with the worst tea/ creamer/ sugar quality. Food is also very average. Staff is not very responsive. Wifi hardly worked.

Hotel staff was slow at response at first but during the stay, everyone was friendly and nice. The apartment we had was enormous and spacious as if like its at home.
Breakfast choices is limited and standard. Could have expected more varieties.
Great and relaxing family time (4 nights) in this comfortable hotel in a nice appartment with 3 bedrooms. Very smiling and service oriented staff, qualitative service, nice and large swimming pool, excellent breakfast from 6:30 à 11:00am, comfortable and clean rooms, testy food, quiet and green environment, not far from the airport (30mn out of rush hours) which is an advantage given the high traffic jam on the island. Not located in downtown or near by the beach - it takes about 6-8 mn - but the hotel provides an efficient free shuttle service every hour (7-8 seats) with a flexible and accommodating driver. To note: a little number of clients during our stay (given cancellations du to the volcano status) net no rush and heavy traffic during the breakfast and around the swimming pool. However, the hotel is huge with plenty of rooms. During the high seasons, it's probably more busy, more noisy. Overall I recommend this hotel, very good value for money.
