After completing the reservation via expedia and receiving the comfirmation letter. The hotel didn’t let me stay there
Es kommen sehr viele Tour busse. Viel aufkommen wenn die Busse an und abfahren. Frühstück sehr schlicht und sehr einfach. Nicht besonderlich lecker.
Bei der ankunft war der Enpfang sehr kalt, hat uns die Schlüssel überreicht und gesagt mit den Aufzug gehts nach oben. Aufpassen wenn ihr mitten in der Nacht auschekcen wollt. Meine Kreditkarte wurde paar mal nicht alzeptiert (zum ersten Mal erlebt), nach mehrmaligen ausprobieren hat es funktioniert. Aufpassen!Es wurde aber mehr abgebucht als vorher reserviert.
Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hatte nicht besonders viel Fachkenntniss und hat um 03 Uhr Nachts rumtelefoniert.
Personel berbat,sorulan soruya cevap dahi vermiyor,
Çok memnun kaldık. Odalar çok temizdi ve rahattı. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı iyidi. Garsonlar biraz daha güler yüzlü olsalar daha güzel olurdu. Zorla çalışıyorlar gibiydi. Denize yakın fakat yüzmek istiyenlere bu oteli tavsiye etmem. Eyer bir defa daha gelirsek Çayeline kesin bu otelde konaklıcaz. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
