Excellent choice for both business and leisure
Pros:

Had a great experience at Le Casablanca. The setting is elegant and calm, perfect for both relaxation and business meetings. The service was excellent, and the spa was a real highlight, peaceful and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel stay
Pros:

We traveled as part of a tour group and were fortunate to stay at Le Casablanca for one overnight. It was a lovely hotel with top notch service and a nice breakfast selection.

Currency exchange scam
Pros:

If you plan to exchange currency at the front desk, know that the hotel skims off the top. We needed to exchange dollars for dirham - the concierge gave us a rate that was below the published bank rate and told us that if we wanted a receipt, we would have to wait 30 minutes for a manager to arrive in his office. We needed to make several business phone calls and so we waited for the manager who handed us a receipt showing the published bank rate - AND additional dirham to make up the difference between the bank rate and the lower rate we had received from the concierge.

le personnel n'est pas tres communiquant, pas au service du client reelement, il est au service du directeur qui lui donne des instructions, ca veut dire faible capacite d'adaptation aux situations, et pas de management visible sur place

Amazing hotel

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável.

Cons:

Hotel muito barulhento. Música alta no restaurante do hotel até tarde. Menu do restaurante da varanda sem muitas opções, atendimento muito ruim.
