One of the best hotels in Casablanca in a great location.
Pros:

Overall great hotel with stunning artdeco lobby. Very comfortable bedding and amenities. Very nice location and all staff were helpful and attentive. Highly recommended for Casablanca.

Fantastic service, superb location

Un très bel établissement
Pros:

C'est sans aucun doute l'un des plus beaux hôtels de Casablanca.

J'ai adoré les chambres : elles sont vraiment spacieuses, la literie est magnifique et très confortable. Du café est mis à disposition, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Franchement, d'un point de vue décoration, aménagement, confort et qualité de la literie, c'est un sans-faute.

L'hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et très bien situé. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons également découvert un excellent restaurant à environ cinq minutes à pied, Le petit-déjeuner est bon.

Globalement, c'est un très bel établissement que je recommande avec plaisir.

Cons:

S'il y avait un point à améliorer, je dirais que les télévisions mériteraient d'être remplacées par des Smart TV. Cela peut sembler être un détail, mais aujourd'hui, c'est un vrai plus lorsque l'on séjourne dans un hôtel.

Concernant le service, je pense qu'il gagnerait à être un peu plus proactif. Par exemple, à notre arrivée, personne ne nous a proposé d'aide avec nos bagages et toutes les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à l'heure prévue. Ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver, bien sûr, et cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour.

En revanche, pour un établissement de ce standing, je pense qu'un service qui anticipe davantage les besoins des clients ferait toute la différence et serait parfaitement en accord avec la qualité des lieux.
