Customer Service not the highest standard.
Pros:

The hotel has a very comfortable area for dining and relaxing or having business meetings. The ambiance is very nice.

Cons:

Very careless service with booking staff and housekeeping requests. When booking I specifically requested that the hotel driver (paid a lot of money for the airport pick up )would 100% be waiting in an easily identifiable spot. The reception assured me - no issues. I explained that I had problem before not being able to find a driver. They informed me it was not necessary to be concerned and would share the driver number. I arrived at Casablanca airport not able to use roaming reliant on airport wifi, whilst waiting at passport control I noticed they have NOT given me the number of the driver., I emailed the hotel while wiating - after 30 mins there was no reply and I was out of the terminal. I assumed ( as I should ) that everything would be OK. I went outside - the driver was not there!!!! there were a lot of other drivers but not mine. I looked everywhere all around, there were other drivers waiting but not mine! I had to pay money to call the hotel , I was late for a meeting. The reception man said he would call the driver and find him, I told him exactly where i was waiting ( under a big blue sign that said taxis!) . After 6 mins no driver still , I was still looking and I called the hotel AGAIN very annoyed , suddenly the driver appeared. On arrival at the hotel I told the reception I was so upset , my boss was waiting for me to call back I was late.. I was waiting for some gesture , but nothing and I was a returning guest. I had to ask for a nicer aspect( not the road) facing room. it was not offered to me, nothing was offered to me! Not even a drink! He said they were full, then suddenly I will give you a suite! I explained suite not needed just change side of bldg.
The next day I asked for h/ keeping with bed linen as it was too hot to sleep. I returned that evening after work - not done.

Pros:

La vue sur la piscine est magnifique.
La chambre est très belle, confortable, spacieuse et calme.
La taille du dressing est parfaite.
L’hôtel est absolument superbe. La décoration et l’aménagement de l’hôtel, des restaurants et des salons élégamment décorés où chaque détail respire le raffinement.
Le luxe et le confort se conjuguent parfaitement pour créer une expérience inoubliable.
Le personnel est professionnel tout en étant discret. Service irréprochable

Exceptional stay
Pros:
