מיקום המלון מצוין
אנשי הצוות היו שירותיים ונחמדים.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נוראית , האוכל היה יבש ולא מגוון
התאכזבנו לשמוע שכל הפסיליטיס במלון היו בתנאי שאתה וחבר מועדון בהולמס פלייס
וכי לא ניתן ליצור איתם קשר בשבת.
בשישי בשעות הערב ביקשנו משירות החדרים קרח הפנה אותנו לקבלה ושם נאמר לנו שבמלון אין בכלל קרח כרגע.
בארוחת הבוקר כששאלנו שנית קיבלנו כוס קרח- בערב אין?
שירות החדרים סגור בשבת- דבר שחשוב לציין באתר או בעת הצק אין למלון.
ביררנו בנוגע להזמנה אוכל בשבת בצהריים ורק אז נאמר לנו שלא ניתן למרות שערב קודם באןתה שיחה של בירור הקרח נמסר לנו לגשת לקומה 12 ולהזמין- שם לא היה אדם צוות/אפשרות להזמין.
הגענו אחרי המלצות רבות מחברים והאמת התאכזבנו מאוד!

היה סה״כ חוויה מאוד טובה נהנתי מאוד, אחזור שוב🙏

אהבתי את השירות חדרים, היה מאוד נחמד וזריז. הביאו לי לול ובקשותיי נענו. וגם את פקידת הקבלה שהיתה מאוד אדיבה.

Cons:

ביקשתי שיצרו איתי קשר דרך השירות הודעות לפני שהגעתי וזה לא קרה. הקונדישינר במקלחת לא עבד לי, ביקשתי מפזר חום ולא הביאו לי. חבל שאין ארוחת ערב. וחבל שאין כיבוד קל בטרקלין.

Nous avons apprécié l’amabilité et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel, qui se montre toujours désireux de satisfaire et de rendre service. De plus, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une chambre disposant de routes les commodités nécessaires.

La salle fermée au roof top est un lieu agréable, mais qui pourrait être rendu plus « cosy », par exemple pour y dîner le soir.
