Love this place!
Pros:

Loved the staff, Wlmer, Ana, Andrés, Melania were just some of the staff but all of them were very friendly, very attentive and very professional.
Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Every morning there was a speciality breakfast and jams made in house.
The building itself was beautiful and very quiet.

Cons:

Loved practically everything, but our room could have used some more clothes hangers, but it wasn't a problem and im sure if we'd asked we could have gotten some.

Charming sanctuary
Pros:

An absolutely beautiful place which was exactly what I was looking for. I had my phone stolen on New Years Eve and Wilmer the manager made extraordinary efforts to help over the next 5 or 6 days when I couldn't access money or do anything at all. He is a real treasure and a man with integrity, grace and humour

Pros:

Quiet and great service. The garden with fruit trees and hummingbirds was great. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed our stay. Location, service, breakfast and room were perfect.
Pros:

First time staying at this property and we really liked it. The service was fantastic, the location was perfect and it included a great breakfast. Room was surprisingly bigger than expected.

고풍스런 건물에 인테리어도 멋져요. 조식 식당에서 보는 정원도 아름답고 조식도 매우 훌륭했어요. 위치도 좋아 대성당과 구도심도 아주 가까워서 좋았어요. 직원 윌머씨는 최고의 호텔리어예요. 키토 가는 버스표도 대신 구매해 주고 모든 면에서 완벽한 서비스였어요. 추천합니다.

A perfect stay
Pros:

What a perfect place to stay in Cuenca, the best place we stayed in our 5 weeks in Ecuador. Wilmer is an utter delight, nothing is too much trouble for him; breakfast was delicious; all the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly; room was beautiful, bed very comfortable; lots of lovely, tranquil spaces to hang out. Also an excellent location to explore the city. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you Wilmer and your team.
