Nice place to stay while you experience Kunming
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and facilities. Kaia was very helpful for my stay

入住前两天，机票和车辆都安排好的情况下，突然接到宾馆员工电话，非要调换我预定的房间，胡乱找了个预订信息看不到房型的理由。感谢网站客服的后续工作，确定了我最初的预定。如果只是这样，我不会评价的，当做一个意外而已。
入住的第二天早上八点多，突然连续而且急促的敲门声让我惊醒，然后就听到有人开房门，我穿着内衣跑到门口，，一个服务员问我，有没有要干洗的衣服？！服务员说话的声音又把我的孩子也吵醒了！
很少这评论，希望这个评论对打算预定的有参考作用吧！
Two days before check-in, with my flight and transportation already arranged, I suddenly received a call from a hotel employee who insisted on changing my reserved room, giving a flimsy excuse that the room type wasn't visible in the booking information. Thanks to the website's customer service for their follow-up work, which confirmed my original reservation. If that were the only issue, I wouldn't be writing this review; I would have considered it a mere inconvenience.
However, on the second morning of my stay, around 8 AM, I was awakened by a sudden and rapid knocking on my door. Then I heard someone opening the door. I ran to the door in my underwear, and a service staff member asked me if I had any clothes for dry cleaning! The service staff's voice also woke up my child!
I rarely write reviews, but I hope this review will be helpful to those considering booking this hotel!

Relaxing stay
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, nice and clean with very comfy beds. Breakfast is excellent with great choice. Staff is nice and at reception there is always at least one English-speaking person. The hotel is a good option if you want to have some relaxing days outside the city center, but without problem to go there (approx. 30 minutes taxi ride). Restaurants can be found directly opposite the hotel or approx. 2 km away at the lakeside.

Prachtige kamer, mooi hotel, lief personeel, warm water bronnen, zwembaden, ontbijt

Cons:

Het buitenzwembad was een kinderparadijs met heel veel opblaasdieren, schuimparty en bootjes waardoor je er als volwassene niet kon zwemmen. Locatie 40 min van de stad met taxi.

Very good
Pros:

Clean, nice resort. Good breakfast buffet. Nice free tea ceremony in the lobby. Friendly staff. Dinner location is slightly without a nice atmosphere.

Location is close to nature. Far from the centers, shops, restaurants etc. but easy to take a taxi. Hotel helps you arrange.

The coffee.

Great experience overall. Would choose to stay here again if visiting Kunming
Pros:

The building is half open and among gardens. You can also see the beautiful Xishan from the hotel. The hotel is clean and mostly staff are friendly and helpful. Swimmingpool is super clean and the staff there are really warm and work hard to keep the floor dry and the hot tub clean.

편안한 출장이었습니다.
Pros:

출장으로 갔었는데, 아주 편안하게 잘 지내다가 왔어요. 필요한 게 생기면 프론트에서 바로 바로 해결을 해줘서 편했습니다.
다만, 마사지는 좀 별로였어요. 이 부분만 보완하면 더 좋을거같아요.
