Pros:

Hôtel confortable, moderne, agréable et très bien situé. Staff très aimable et attentionné.

Cons:

Manque une petite lumière/veilleuse pour lire le soir sans gêner les autres dans la chambre.

早朝フライトでも空港ホテルよりここがオススメ
Pros:

ロケーションが素晴らしすぎます。
ホテルの目の前が空港行き７４７バス停、またすぐ裏に高速入口があり、レンタカー・Uberともに空港まですぐに行け早朝フライトでも心配ない。ホテルの対面は繁華街の中心、またホテルの裏にメトロの駅があり旧市街へのアクセスもよい。出張者には待つだけの時間を過ごす空港近くのホテルよりもここをお勧めします。

Pros:

L'emplacement près du centre Bell était un plus pour nous. Mes enfants ont aimé la piscine, ainsi que le sauna. Le personnel ont été tous très gentils et polis.

Cons:

L'attitude de l'un des serveurs au petit déjeuner.

Very disappointing, didn't get the room we paid for and staff were rude and not accommodating.

Hotel was nice although we didn't get the room we paid for and staff were terrible, also website says salt water pool it is not.

Cons:

Staff were very rude and not accommodating at all. The room we paid for was not the room we were given and we were not given a refund. Went to the bar in the hotel later that night bartender was very rude and gave us terrible service. My girlfriend and I are fluent in French we just don't speak with a Quebec accent. The expectation is that when we speak to staff in French for them to conversate in French that was not the case we spoke French the whole time and were only spoken to in English. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
