Room is large, location was excellent.

Cons:

Our first day there we left from 8 AM to 5 PM and our room was not cleaned. I called the desk. They sent someone up and they told me I had to leave in order for them to clean it. We were in a suite with two very large rooms and a bathroom and I said they could go ahead and start in the bedroom while we were in the living room moved to the bathroom and then we would go back to the bedroom. They refused and said it was against policy. I found them to be inflexible, and we were exhausted after having flown in late the night before and doing business all day that day. I was very disappointed in the way they handled it, we ended up, leaving and sitting in the lobby while they cleaned.

We kwamen voor zwembad, werd toevallig dezelfde dag schoongemaakt. Mail gestuurd met klacht, maar geen gehoor

Brandalarm random tijdens verblijf, duurde heel lang voor opgelost was

Geen ontbijt, geen empathie van medewerkers met deposit, ze wilden bijna annuleren

Parkeergarage STINKT en dat hoort niet bij zo'n hotel

Al met al ben ik puur ontevreden omdat ik heb betaald terwijl ik geen zwembad optie krijg, maar ze willen wel verblijf annuleren als je deposit niet betaalt met creditcard en overchargen voor parkeren
