Pros:

My toddler and I transitioned to Holiday Inn from a slightly overpriced hotel across the street for a few nights and we weren't disappointed. Staff were very friendly and easygoing, and kindly allowed us to check in a few hours early given the freezing temperatures outside. Our room was of modest size but very clean and quiet.
