On s'est fait volé pour un service exécrable!

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour à cet établissement. Sur 2 lits, un matelas était défoncé au centre donc inconfortable au point où nous avons quitté notre chambre à 4h30 du matin, ce jeudi 6 août 2026. Mon mari s'est blessé sur le siège de toilette qui ne se maintenait pas en place, se promène de gauche vers la droite lorsque assis évidemment. J'ai choisi votre établissement parce qu'il était proche de l'institut chirurgicale de Westmount, j'y subissait une opération la journée du 5 août en avant midi. Au retour dans notre chambre à 16h, quel ne fut pas notre surprise de constater que notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyé, sans ajout de bouteilles d'eaux ni de serviettes propres. Nous avons logé un appel, une personne s'est présenté mais nous devions sortir de la chambre ce qui était impossible puisque j'étais sur l'effet de mon anti-douleur fentanyl, j'étais en train de m'alimenter pour prendre mes antibiotiques. A presque 1000$ pour un séjour de 2 jours, je trouve que c'est du vol. Je ne séjournerai pas à nouveau à votre hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas non plus! Je crois que nous avons obtenu ce service parce que nous avons passé par un service tiers que le site de Holiday Inn!
