Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich.

Hat unssehr gefallen, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca 10 min Gehweg. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Parkplätze gibt es vor Ort keine aber ein Parkhaus das kostet 25 Euro pro Tag. Das ist das einzigste was ich persönlich zu teuer finde. Da hätten auch 20 Euro gereicht. 😂 aber sonst TOP für einen Kurzurlaub.

Cons:

Kühlschrank war leider auf dem Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Das wäre noch super gewesen.

- Relativ kleine Fenster, die sich leider nur aufkippen lassen
- Badezimmer eher einfach eingerichtet und relativ wenig Licht beim Spiegel

Perfect!
Pros:

The check-in was quick and the nice lady at the front desk was very polite and spoke perfect English. We only stayed one night at Hamburg but the room was perfect in every sense. Not only was it spotlessly clean, but one of the most important aspects, for me at least, was the very good noise insulation. It was almost impossible to hear anything from outside. This means perfect sleep along with the blackout curtains that will block almost 100% of the light. There were some tea and coffee facilities in the room, the bed was really comfortable, the duvets are German style, 2 small ones instead of a big one, no top sheet, but you can ask at the reception is needed. There's even an iron and iron board. The breakfast that we booked along the room was quite nice, so overall I would say this was a really pleasant stay.

I could not find a single thing to complain!

Würde ich jederzeit in Hamburg wieder wählen.
Pros:

Leckeres Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Wir konnten unseren Koffer noch deponieren, bis wir zum Bahnhof gehen mussten und konnten uns so noch ein wenig die Stadt ansehen. Barrierefrei war uns Zimmer auch, nur die Tür für jemanden allein im Rollstuhl nicht unbedingt allein zu betätigen.
