Exceptional view and comfort
Pros:

View i got from the hotel in the morning was breathtaking on one side there was mountain range and on another there’s magestic fewa lake. Not just best location hotel in pokhara it might come under best located hotels list if ranked without any doubt.

Pros:

Had a really nice stay at Raniban Arcade! The facilities were good, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re in the area!

老旧设备毫无更新的，当地人酒店。
Pros:

有电梯是唯一满意的地方。

Cons:

1.房间家具太破旧，简直是脏。
2.预定的房间在修理，不能使用，给我隔壁的房间。和照片有点不符。
3.六楼顶上的水泵响了一夜，无法入睡。
4.浴室设备老旧，使用不方便。

My experience and stay at this hotel is too bad.

Poor service, staff were not professional, room were not proper cleaned and serviced, there was a lizard on my bed., omg I got so scared then shifted to another room, the service was so late, I changed the room for 3 time , tv was not working , even WiFi also , and they said they had a hair - dryer but no there were nothing.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very comfortable with a nice and welcoming environment. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the staff were all extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s truly a great place to stay, offering both comfort and warmth. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing view with a very warming welcome from the staff . The fast service matched with continental delicacies made my stay worthwhile. My view from the balcony featuring Gaurighat, phewa lake and the Raniban was simply breathtaking. Food , atmosphere,service 10/10 .
Definitely staying again in the future.

Pros:

The place is amazing, proper hygiene is maintained all across the place and the lake/mountain view that we got from our room is splendid along with the all types of cousines that we tried are delicious. The staff is very cooperative and well behaved overall my experience is fantastic, highly recommended to all the tourists who are looking for a nice place to stay in a decent budget.

Wonderful location and views !! Hot water touch n go
Pros:

the view !!!! the location by the lake !! the top floor viewing balcony !! the huge bed !! the tele with cable so we could watch the cricket hahaha !! the room was nice n big tooo !

Cons:

there was a great bath n shower and sadly, the hot water wasn't very reliable, nor was it partcularly hot .. we stayed 3 nights, and if the hot water had worked we'd probably have stayed a week hahaha
