Used to be good but saw a cockroach this stay
Pros:

It’s my 6th or 7th visit to this place. Used to be very nice: good price given the location, cleanliness, and food in breakfast. But this time it is horrible to see a cockroach running in the bathroom. When you see one in the room, can’t imagine how many are living in that property…

We drove in last minute found a good room that was big enough for our family of 6 for under $300

Overall this hotel was great except for the cleanliness.
Pros:

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the pleasant and helpful staff. The two queen-sized beds were very comfortable, but the sleeper sofa, which my granddaughter slept in, was very worn out, thin mattress, and dirty.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom and food crumbs on the mattress of the sleeper sofa when we opened it. The dining tables in the breakfast room were sticky.

Review for Hotel stay.
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. Staff was great and very friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Cons:

The guests that were apparently on the floor above us were super loud. They were jumping and running loud enough that we could actually feel the vibrations off of our ceiling. It sounded like there were several kids but the "adults" were just letting them do whatever. I had just got out of the hospital the day before and desperately needed some quiet and rest. I contacted the front desk and made a complaint. The staff member was great and did follow up. The guests were quite for a while afterwards then started up again later prompting a second call. The staff member followed up again and it finally got quiet again later.
The room could have been a little cleaner. There was a beer can and a little trash in a trash can already there when we arrived so it had not been emptied by staff.

Comfort Suites provided a comfortable room and a good breakfast at a great value.
Pros:

This was not too far from Texas Tech, where we had a tour scheduled. We liked the full, hot breakfast available.

Cons:

The coffee machine made super weak coffee, more like lightly flavored water on the medium setting. Other than that, no complaints.

Cons:

Elevator did not work. hot in the room, did not finally kick in till 4 in the morning after I put it down to 64. Bed not comfortable. The stairway was dirty.

Good and friendly but just needs a little cleaning and possible updating, and servicing of HVAC unit
Pros:

Friendly staff, breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Pool and got rub look like they need to be cleaned, water almost seemed brownish. HVAC unit in our room we realized was leaking. We noticed a small wet spot under it on the carpet. When we were going to checkout, the wet spot was significantly bigger. The room wasn't completely cleaned from the occupants before us. A little bit of trash around the bed and sofa, as well as drink/food in the refrigerator.
