Excellent hotel, excellent staff, would recommend highly.
Pros:

The front desk staff were amazing. Very courteous and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast ended at 9, which was a little early for us during our stay. The price we had to pay for the room was crazy marked up due to concert at Jones Stadium. Paid almost 3 times what a normal night would have been.

Cleanliness is not a priority
Pros:

Centrally located and overall quiet stay

Cons:

The room wasn't clean when we checked in. There was an open water bottle from the previous guest on the nightstand, trash on the floor, and hair all over the sink and toilet in the bathroom. They offered us a new room and when we went to check it out there was food on the couch and floor. Suffice to say, it seems housekeeping rushes through turnovers and wondering if the sheets are even clean isn't the best feeling.

Needed to stay a few more nights due to my father being in the hospital after a heart attack. $1,000 for two more nights

Pills on the floor and couch!! Candy spilled on the floor. Crumbs all in the fold out bed And someone else's hair all over the bathroom. So disgusting

Good price for the room loved the 12 pm check out.
Pros:

The location.
We loved that the pool opened early and closed late.
The housekeepers were so nice and friendly the man greeted us every time he seen us!!
The lady was helpful with whatever we needed. We stayed in the 3rd floor.

Cons:

The carpet was stained and messed up in the hall.
The shower had a little bit of hair in it before we used it.

Great hotel
Pros:

Stay is always great. Had a medical procedure done was allowed a late checkout without hesitation. Favorite place to stay when available.

Great family fun.
Pros:

The staff was awesome. The main entrance is so pretty and clean. The room was big but not very clean,there were dirty towels in the bathroom and hair on the floor and in the shower. The pull out bed had hot cheeto chips on it and under the pull out bed was trash. The breakfast was very good and my family enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The dirty bathroom and pull out bed. There was a lot of noise at night when me and my family were trying to sleep.
