Really small rooms. Close to the airport and shuttle was essential. But really far from dining options.

Check in was very slow with only one member of staff serving a queue of 12 people!
The room safe box did not work. It would not lock.

Pros:

There was no shuttle pickup, as indicated, at the airport. Ended up paying for a cab. No apologies or nothing at the front desk. Overpriced and less-than-mediocre buffet.

The greatest amenity of the hotel is its location from GRU airport, including the free shuttle, which makes very convenient. The restaurant is also good and has good options and reasonable price-point as there is no other walkable options for food around. Amenities are very limited and they are designed to accommodate someone that is in transit and doesn’t plan to stay there long. Bathroom was not in best shape but for someone looking to be there for less than a day it was good enough.

Not good. They claim they have shuttles for the airport but it’s ridiculous, maybe to six people?!
I needed to get an uber to go to the hotel because was late and I didn’t want to wait. When to schedule the return for the following day there wasn’t any spots for the morning. All people checking in were also very disappointed. So make yourself a favor and pay a little more and stay on many other hotels nearby that actually has shuttle services.
