Olor a humedad y moho en las paredes y cielo del baño, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba y salía el agua

Staff very RUDE. The reception there was Maria .... very unpolite and i think all the staff are very unpolite.
I was going up to my room and in the elevator there was another guest who said the same to me.

I think you'll better do something and speak to the STAFF who are very RUDE and UNPOLITE.

Pedi cama de casal e foi entregue duas de solteiro, o ar condicionado tem uma luz forte que não tem como apagar, não tem serviço de quarto e o valor do restaurante é preço de aeroporto, achei pesado pra um hotel. R$ 9,50 uma água.

The heat in my room stopped working and it was pretty cold. I told the guy at the desk, he said someone would come, they didn't so I went for a run. I told the guy I was leaving and thought he concurred that maintenance could go look at it while I was gone. I came back 2 hours later, I was thinking the longer the better. However, the guy did not come in the 2 hours because I was not in the room. So, they told me to wait in the room. This irritated me because I was wet and cold from running and now, I was in a cold room waiting around and my hands were turned purple and white. The guy came and left.

Someone then called and said I would need to switch rooms. This was a drag as all my stuff had to be moved and I had one day in Sao Paulo and it was being wasted on this. They moved me to a smaller room where the heat still didn't work. I called to them and they told me to wait for someone. I gave up, I had to get my laundry done and do some other errands and take a shower. Of course, they came when I was in the shower.

THere was not even the idea that maybe I should be apologized to or get a discount. In fact, the lady who gave me the new room key was rude as if I had done something to her and when she wrote the room number it looked like it said either 239 or 234, but it didn't work on either of those rooms. So, there I was....again...and she tells me it is a 7, but I have never seen a seven that looked like that in my life and I am 50 years old. NEVER would have guessed it was a 7. A seven does not have a circular look to it in anyway.

I want to be nicer, but I can't. I didn't pay money to be cold for 2 days, and the gym sucked. Only one of the three treadmills worked, and the floor was wood so if any sweat dropped on it, then it was slippery. THey also did not supply towels in the gym which is odd.

Atención y el restaurante. Todo muy limitado

Cama ruim. Banheiro ruim. Barulho no quarto.

Alguns funcionários não são tão gentis! E o transfer gratuito para o aeroporto é uma van pequena que sai a cada hora, como o hotel eh gigante e tem que agendar com antecedência fica difícil encontrar vaga e daí tem que pagar uber..

Quarto muito pequeno, pia fora do banheiro desconfortável

El raslado gratuito solo opera desde la Terminal 2 (nacional). Guarulus es muy grande, el traslado entre ambos terminales implica un esfuerzo, el minibus podría hacer una parada en la Termina 3 (internacional), otros hoteles lo contemplan. Este hotel solo lo informa después de hacer la reserva.
La limpieza era buena, pero el olor a los productos de limpieza era muy fuerte.
Con todo, sigue siendo una buena opción para una noche y volver al aeropuerto
