Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.

Mooi, prachtige omgeving, centraal gelegen. Er is aan alles gedacht. Cake in de middag was heerlijk!

ik heb mijn elektrische tandenborstel laten liggen en die is kosteloos naar mij (NL) teruggestuurd!

Highly recommend.
Pros:

This was a great hotel. Clean rooms, lovely balcony with view of the Matterhorn. Basement had saunas and steam room and an outdoor hottub. Breakfast was included which was very convenient and good selection.

Cons:

No mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge on the main floor but it wasn’t working.

Great hotel, the spa was very nice,
nice view from the balcony, got one big balcony for 3 rooms but that was not a problem for us, the balcony had nice view.

Pros:

The room has a stunning view of the matterhorn with a nice terrace. It's perfectly spacious for 2 people and the toilet/shower is clean and actually quite spacious compared to few other hotels in Zermatt. The breakfast was great, packed with local food and the service was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was just a little squeeky and the pillows not too comfortable. Also, it'd be great to have a little more veggetables at the breakfast.

We had a marvelous time and the hotel team is unbelievably friendly and nice. We will be back.
Pros:

The location is good, you have to walk a little bit to the Ski resorts and the center, but it’s really not a big deal. It’s maybe a five minute walk to everywhere. Which is nice - it’s a quiet location. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful clean hotel
Pros:

This is a beautiful, clean hotel that is 3 blocks off of downtown Zermatt. It is quiet and appears recently renovated. The room is bright and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend. Pit Martin

Fantastisk morgenmad. Elskede spaen. Mit lille singleroom var SÅ skønt med et dejligt badeværelse og egen balkon:-) Kunne godt have boet der i flere nætter. Elskede det faktisk. Værterne var bare SÅ elskværdige.
