Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice and cosy
Pros:

The cosy environment felt very good. The staff was also very easy to approach

A lovely and comfortable stay with an amazing mountain view!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We booked a room with a mountain view and the view from our room was absolutely amazing, definitely worth it! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Great hotel
Pros:

Super friendly staff, very good breakfast, the spa is not huge but it was perfect, comfy bed, location not far from the river, matterhorn view, they kept my luggage for 2 days while being on the mountain. 100% recommended!

It was wonderful. Just wish we had more time so we could have enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and grassy sitting area.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast! The lady with the braided hair was wonderful- so very nice and helpful! Very nice balcony outside the room

Cons:

A fan for the afternoon warmth would have been nice. But comfortable at all other times.

Super toll, können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das sehr saubere Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Der Wellnessbereich war klein aber fein, das heisst es war alles da was der Leib und die Seele braucht. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

ホテルが可愛かった。設備も(駅から少し歩くが、その分)部屋からのマッターホルンビューも綺麗だった。

Cons:

ヨーロッパのホテルあるあるで、1本3役(ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス)でした。
