Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.

Pros:

チェックインが遅れてしまったがきちんと対応してくれた
スパがついていて快適だった
ベランダからマッターホルンがよく見えてよかった
部屋に天窓がついていて気持ち良かった
バスローブがふわふわで良かった
朝食のチーズやパン等種類豊富で良かった

Cons:

夜中にブレーカーが落ちてしまい困りました
マッターホルンビューですが目の前の工事があり景観は少し惜しかったです

スタッフがとても気さくで、バルコニーありの部屋にアップグレードしてくれた。朝食の種類も豊富で、朝は焼き立てパンの香りがする。2泊したが1泊清掃なしにすると、無料でビールやワインが1杯飲めるバウチャーをもらえた。

Relaxing, comfortable and a drop dead view of the Matterhorn. Loved this place.

Our room was fantastic with a deck on it and a drop dead view of the Matterhorn which cleared for us to see it.

Pros:

Sehr sauber ! Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Darf einen großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowellengerät und die Kaffeemaschine rund um die Uhr nutzen. Alle dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erstklassiges, sehr vielseitiges Frühstück.
Bäckerei, Supermarkt in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zentrum auch nicht weit.

Cons:

Es fehlen ein paar Kleiderhaken im Zimmer und Badezimmer.
Im Whirlpool direkt neben der Sauna ist Badeanzug Pflicht.

Lovely time in Zermatt in this really nice hotel.
Pros:

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Room was immaculate and very comfortable.

Cons:

Quite far from the station and the taxis both ways were expensive - but this also meant that we had an uninterrupted view (apart from clouds!) of the Matterhorn from the balcony and because it was the weekend and there was no building work next door, it was super peaceful which we loved.

Nice, comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were super helpful. The balconies overlooking Matterhorn, though affected by ongoing constructions , was beautiful. The rooms were big enough and comfortable. There are other services like whirlpool, sauna etc. that guests can avail. One can just spend time in the balcony admiring tye mountains.

Cons:

The hotel is located at a distance from the station which is not easily walkable, especially if you are travelling with elders. The view from the hotel is also getting impacted with another property being constructed right opposite to it. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but breakfast is served. Owing to its location, it might seem tad bit overpriced.

26년 5월기준 앞에 공사장이 있지만 마테호른을 보는데 크게 걸리적거리진 않았어요! 방도 넓고 시설도 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 호텔직원분들도 친절하시고, 호텔위치도 체르마트역이랑 가까워서 도심구경하기도 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 날씨가 좋아서 황금호른도 보고 잊지 못할 숙소입니다!

As of May 26, there was a construction site in front of me, but it didn't take much time to see the Matterhorn! The room was large, the facilities were clean, and it was nice. The hotel staff were kind, and the location of the hotel was close to Cermatt Station, so it was good to see the city center. haha It's an unforgettable accommodation to see the Golden Horn because the weather is nice!
