Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.

Magical spot with great jacuzzi with mountain view.
Pros:

Fantastic room. Comfy beds and great bathroom. Great helpful staff. Very cool jacuzzi and spa with view of the Matterhorn.

We had a wonderful stay at Capricorn Hotel and staff made us feel welcome and at home.

I had a great stay at Capricorn Hotel. The location was convenient, the view absolutely stunning, and the staff were sweet and friendly. Complimentary coffee was available 24 hours a day, and the breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of options to suit all dietary needs. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff thoughtfully sent us clear directions to the hotel the day before our arrival.

A very pleasant hotel with good facilities and a homelike feeling.
Pros:

Even though the room was small, it felt very nice and cozy with well organized space.

Cons:

The staff was very helpful. I have really enjoyed their SPA. They also serve good breakfast with a choice of local products.
