Top verblijf gehad en komen zeker nog keer terug
Pros:

Super schattig huis! Ook perfecte ligging
Heerlijke bedden & leuk ingericht, je voelt je gelijk thuis.

Cons:

We waren met 4 volwassenen en er waren maar 2 grote badlakens, dat is toch vreemd want bij de check in heb ik 4 volwassen ingevuld

In de mail die je van te voren krijgt staat dat er huissokken liggen en die aan moet doen, maar die hebben we niet gezien.
In de souterrain slaap je, daar is het een beetje muf en gehorig omdat er mensen langslopen.

Misschien leuk om een fles water of sap/frisdrank in de koelkast te zetten om te drinken bij aankomst.

Prachtige B&B op een mooie locatie, vlak bij de binnenstad van Leeuwarden. Alles op loopafstand.
Pros:

Ontbijt hebben we zelf geregeld, ter plekke was vrij prijzig.
De locatie en de B&B waren prachtig.
Mooi historisch pand met perfecte inboedel, sfeervolle indeling.
Prachtige bedden met schoon bedlinnen

Cons:

Meer linnengoed in de keuken voor een verblijf van 4 dagen.

Cons:

- Wij kwamen aan op accommodatie, maar kamer was niet meer beschikbaar. Kamer bleek te zijn weggegeven aan klanten die rechtstreeks via de accommodatie hadden geboekt. Resultaat: wij staan met vier personen in de regen met onze koffers en worden niet verder geholpen.
- Klantenservice van accommodatie is erg onvriendelijk, doet zelf alsof het de eigen schuld van de klant is ('had u maar niet via Booking moeten boeken'). Klantenservice reageert asociaal op vragen en kan zich totaal niet verplaatsen in de situatie. nog nooit eerder zo behandeld.
- Toeristenbelasting van te voren rechtstreeks aan accommodatie betaald omdat wij een e-mail van accommodatie kregen, maar krijgen we niet meer terug na meerdere malen contact op te hebben genomen met de accommodatie. Ook dit contact liep erg onprettig.
- Ook prijs voor handdoeken van te voren betaald, maar ook niet terug gekregen.
- We zagen een eerdere review met hetzelfde verhaal, maar hadden desondanks geboekt. Dit resulteerde in een vreselijke teleurstelling.

Prachtig pant. Unieke locatie.
Pros:

Het is een mooi verblijf. Sfeervol ingericht. En een hele goeie locatie.

Cons:

Het water in de douche loopt niet goed weg. Bij de wastafel op de grond lekt het. En de kraan in de keuken zit los.
Ook hadden we geen mail om in te checken en duurde het even voordat we hier contact over kregen.

Stijlvol en op stand verblijven in hartje Leeuwarden!
Pros:

Prachtig huis op een perfecte locatie midden in het centrum. Alles is aanwezig en heel stijlvol ingericht.
Heerlijk dat we (2 vriendinnen) beide een eigen slaapkamer hadden, het bed was ook heel fijn.
Prettig contact met de beheerders via WhatsApp.

Hyggeligt sted, dejligt centralt og charmerende historisk

Ongeschikt voor gezin, extra kosten niet duidelijk
Pros:

Netjes en schoon, maar niet geschikt als gezin. Teveel rumoer buiten en onze bovenburen maakten veel lawaai middenin de nacht na het stappen. We moesten ook nog extra betalen voor handdoeken en bedlinnen, dat zit normaliter toch echt in een hoteltarief.

Lovely appartement in the heart of Leeuwarden. Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants/bars. Well kept and nicely decorated.

Cons:

Wobbly tabs and gaps in the flooring. One measly pod for the dishwasher for a self-catering appartement. No papertowel. Small things but annoying.

Pros:

Prachtige lokatie op een prachtige plek. Helaas kregen we de toegangscode pas na telefonisch verzoek en niet spontaan na het indienen van alle gegevens. Ook vonden we de toonzetting van het “zero tolerance” formulier op tafel erg onvriendelijk. Dat schade zal worden hersteld op kosten van de veroorzaker begrijpen we, maar dat kan ook vriendelijk worden verwoord.
Verder hebben we genoten van de fantastische lokatie.
