Not only the cleanness of the place and the nice workers that were there, the manager that was at the front desk, went out of way to get in touch with me because my daughter forgot her purse in the breakfast area and then when they were cleaning my room, she remembered I was looking for my glasses and she contact me to let me know she found my glasses, so yes, she went above and beyond.
That I couldn’t stay longer.
Location was good..
Staff and their families that were staying there had their kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. And then at breakfast, the guest had to wait for them , also had to wait for seating. You would think paying guest come first. The room was subpar. There was a patch in the cieling of the bathroom from a poor repair and there was an off smell in the bathroom that went thru the whole room.
breakfast was not good, there was a lot of food products that was supposed to be there but wasn't, and they ran out of a lot of stuff within the first hour, and that tells me that supllies were lmited.
we could not control the air and it was freezing in the room and then, the front desk couldn't get it right so the first night was terrible

Worst experience just dealing with the front desk clerk. See i was on my honeymoon and we Booked our stay through another third party which spelled Dimension we would have to pay a pet deposit for a pet friendly hotel and that they don't accept cash as a form of payment when we spoke with someone on the phone and clearly gave us an answer that they do except cash payments. This was right after our wedding on Saturday December 20th and this would have been our honeymoon suite but we were unable to be accommodated because the lady at the front desk was very rude and uncompassionate and didn't care one way or the other if we go to room or not. I feel discriminated against because I'm not high class and now having to do with all this on top of everything else is making my wife very upset that we couldn't stay in the very place that I took over 3 weeks trying to find the perfect hotel room to stay in. We ended up having to sleep in a Sleep Cheap Motel which was dirty amongst other things. There's nothing not like about this place except the room that would have been fantastic if we could have stayed there. But since your company doesn't make third party booking aware of the rest of the information you would need such as pet deposits and everything else we had to just leave. Worst honeymoon ever and it's all their fault
The clerk who checked us in at the front desk. She was very rude and unaccommodating and uncompassionate and was going to make me cancel my reservations through a third party so my credit card did not get charged. They lied to us about being able to pay cash but when we got there they said they did not accept cash payments. And this is my honeymoon. I just got married 4 hours prior to it and it took me over 3 to 4 weeks to find this place because this was the perfect honeymoon suite that I came up with and now comped for a couple nights stay and not have to worry about pet deposits at a pet friendly hotel. And if I needed to pay with cash cuz I did not have my credit cards on me then they should have been accommodating and accepted my money. Now they should upgrade me for free for two nights since I had to deal with all that on my wedding day. And they should reimburse me $140 I had to pay at a nasty cheap hotel room because that's the only place we could find available. I have nothing nice to say about any of you guys there but I don't hate you guys for doing what you're supposed to do supposedly but y'all need to make sure third party booking places have all the correct information and accurate details so none of this would happen again. Once again I don't know what to say. My wife was so heartbroken she cried for 3 hours and this was right after we got married due to the fact that they couldn't accommodate us whatsoever and that there was so rude it's surreal. I would love for them to make up for it if possible but of course this is Hilton and all they care about is their high class people who stay in their hotels and not the people who are in a lower class than them. I would never stay there again under those false pretenses if I were you or anyone. This experience was heartbreaking, extremely saddening, and downright wrong for what they did and how they treated me.
Check in was at 3 and my family along with other families had to wait even longer because the rooms weren’t even done yet.
