Wonderful weekend getaway
Pros:

Simply wonderful... staff were great - went out of their way to assist, restaurant was really good -(breakfasts were good and they serve a great Thai green curry). We look forward to visiting again

Great Stay in Clarens
Pros:

The service and reception were great. They kindly got me Gluten free bread. One of the best omelettes I have ever had.

The view from room 17 is amazing.

Tired hotel but great location
Pros:

Second visit in 3 years it stated hotel was renovated but really just I lick of paint and very poor quality everything very tired
Hotel was empty would not go back

Gem of a place in clarens
Pros:

Awesome hotel. Breakfast was fresh. Service was awesome.

We will be back and definitely stay longer
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised as we visit Clarens often but never looked at this hotel before. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and even had a fireplace. The views of the golf course and the mountains are beautiful. The service we received brilliant - felt special from the moment we checked-in. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay. Will definitely stay longer next time.

Pros:

Excellent and memorable
Pros:

It was a memorable experience with old school friends. Management arranged for two rooms with a private balcony where the four "girls" could catch up on school memories with loads of laughter. The service, ambience, food, cleanliness was excellent. We also had a late Saturday afternoon Swedish massage which was outstanding. The highlight was returning to the room after cleaning every morning to find another easter egg on the bed :)
We also want to thank the management for arranging the washing of mud on the car after being splashed by an inconsiderate driver on the gravel road.

Pros:

On a very busy road, some rooms have no view (inside window), it felt that our room was not part of the hotel, we had to use an outside entrance, very expensive for what you get, room was clean and food was excellent.

Good value for money
Pros:

Small hotel about 1km from the town Centre. Decent spread for the buffet breakfast, the one lunch that we had was also quite nice.
The staff is warm & friendly. The room was clean and well maintained.
