Accueil trés agréable, personnel serviable, à l' écoute, chambres propres et confortables, hôtel trés bien situé et en méme temps au calme. Tout se fait à pieds. Emplacements gratuits pour mettre la voiture dans le quartier. Petit dejeuner avec de bons produits. Excellent sejour, on se sent tres bien dans cet établissement.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par une jeune femme très très agréable. La chambre était parfaite tant au niveau de la qualité de la literie que de la décoration et la propreté. Et nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner servi avec de très bons produits. On ressent bien que tout est fait pour faire plaisir. Nous conseillons vivement cette belle adresse où nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Cons:

I don’t think the price is fair for the type of hotel, but I’m aware that St Jean de Luz is really expensive.
The breakfast is quite basic as there is no cook. They had good quality yoghurts and cheese but the croissants and bread didn’t seem from a bakery but more from the supermarket.

We enjoyed staying here very much and we would definetly stay here again. St Jean is a wonderful place.
Pros:

Amazing powerful shower. Property is in a great position for most things and very quiet. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We found it to be very homely. The bus stop was right outside the hotel.

Cons:

Arrived at 2pm. Although the room was ready we couldn’t check in until 3pm, which meant hanging around for an hour. No decaf coffee. Internet didn’t work in all parts of hotel.
