This hotel absolutely does not deserve the high ratings we saw when we booked.
Pros:

Clean breakfast area with a decent selection of items. Q

Cons:

The entrance to the property is awful. The fitness center is pathetically small. The pool is extremely small. Our shower was so gross we couldn’t use it but we checked in late and we’re checking out early so we didn’t complain to staff. The hotel only has one slow elevator. We heard traffic from the highway through the windows because the hotel backs right up to a highway.

Pros:

The management and staff were excellent. We had a malfunctioning door lock and were locked out of our room. The manager and staff tried everything possible to get us into our room. Finally with the help of the Rostraver police the door was kicked in and we could get our belongings. The staff moved us across the hall for the following night.

Cons:

The lock malfunction caused us to be late for an inurnment ceremony for my husband. Fortunately the cemetery was able to accommodate the later ceremony

A walkway from the second parking lot to the hotel would be helpful. The TV in our room didn’t work.

Pros:

Room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was clean and good quality.

Cons:

The only down side was the pool. It was very cold and there were a lot of bugs in it. We hurry and left the pool after seeing that.
