I was hung up on twice very very rude
Pros:

Cons:

Front desk person name was Craig I believe on the day I checked out he hung up on me twice very rude. Then the manager got on the phone to cover for the behavior because the manager’s typically are standing right there and listening to how their employees talk to guest. Managers are the ring leaders to the circus they never really help at all the fake niceness to cover up their rudeness is getting old.

We enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast included. Easy to adjust temperature. Hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I could not read the print on the sugar and other packets. One was pink one was yellow. The lady next to me could not read them either. I wish there was ice on the food area. I did not care for the TV being on in our room when we went in.

This hotel absolutely does not deserve the high ratings we saw when we booked.
Pros:

Clean breakfast area with a decent selection of items. Q

Cons:

The entrance to the property is awful. The fitness center is pathetically small. The pool is extremely small. Our shower was so gross we couldn’t use it but we checked in late and we’re checking out early so we didn’t complain to staff. The hotel only has one slow elevator. We heard traffic from the highway through the windows because the hotel backs right up to a highway.

Pros:

The management and staff were excellent. We had a malfunctioning door lock and were locked out of our room. The manager and staff tried everything possible to get us into our room. Finally with the help of the Rostraver police the door was kicked in and we could get our belongings. The staff moved us across the hall for the following night.

Cons:

The lock malfunction caused us to be late for an inurnment ceremony for my husband. Fortunately the cemetery was able to accommodate the later ceremony
