Amazing Service
Pros:

We had such an incredible experience staying at this hotel in Huntington Beach truly one of the best stays my family and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in a way that went far beyond our expectations.

A huge thank you to Ashley and Richard, who made our stay unforgettable. Ashley was so sweet, warm, and attentive she made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Richard truly went above and beyond for our family. His level of care, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed did not go unnoticed. He made us feel valued and cared for every step of the way.

It’s rare to come across a team that delivers this level of service, and it made all the difference in our trip. Because of them, we’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Relaxing Stay with Truly Professional Service
Pros:

Such a pleasant and professional experience! Ready to welcome all who walk in with a smile and absolutely stunning rooms! All staff members have a can do team effort and that shows in the effortless experience that allowed for true relaxation and amazing drinks! For a 2-day stay we did not get clean towels, no staff to help with transporting luggage to and from room and Breakfast

Was not aware of daily parking charge. My Amex was charged $570, but the statement emailed to me states $550.56 total for stay.

Great stay
Pros:

Amazing stay, great customer service from the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Richard helped with the area and restaurant recommendations. Will definitely be back!
