Location and cleanliness. As soon as we walked in we were blown away by how clean it felt. It also smells very nice in here.
The parking lot had many holes.
Breakfast was OK. Coffee good. Beds were comfortable.
Sofa in room 322 needs cleaning.

The staff didn’t no anything! We had to change room. Upon checkin the person checking us in said the fourth floor was the best as far as receptions d Wi-Fi. That was incorrect and had to change rooms. This room was worse. There were ANTS in the bathroom a crack in the floor of the shower and the shower door was falling off. We will never stay here again!

Parking area really needs to be re-paved...Cockroachs outside back entrance.. staff was very good...
The room phone didn’t work, I reserved a king bed and got 2 queens in a handicapped room. The toilet leaked. The shower had someone else’s hair in it… the parking lot had huge pot holes in it. Won’t stay here again.

Couch needed cleaning on right arm of chair and no trash bags in out waste baskets.
