Short but smooth stay, everything went well
Pros:

I only stayed for one night, arriving late and leaving early, but the property looked clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The check-in process was smooth.

Cons:

Given the short stay, I didn’t experience enough to point out any negatives.

L’emplacement dans Puerto Banús. Explications pour l’arrivée et l’accès à l’hôtel très claires.

Cons:

Déçue par les prestations de l’hôtel. La piscine était en travaux et donc inaccessible, et l’espace à côté de l’hôtel en travaux également. Nous n’avions pas eu l’information, alors même que nous a réservé cet hôtel avec cette prestation. Pas d’accueil, ni de check out en présentiel. Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner si il n’y a pas eu de réservation préalable la veille. Literie de moyenne qualité et douche avec matériau de piètre qualité. Le jour du départ, le code de la porte d’entrée a été bloqué 5 mn après l’heure limite, le temps de de faire l’aller/retour à la voiture pour déposer les bagages, nous étions bloqués dehors.

Pros:

Couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting and location. The staff keep the place very clean and it feels very secure with all its codes to get in etc. high quality interior design, simply beautiful. I fully intend to come back soon!

El lugar es súper bonito y la habitación está muy bien! Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El acceso a la habitación súper privado que eso se agradece.

Cons:

Las almohadas están muy duras (pero eso es a gusto del consumidor, cada uno tiene sus preferencias), faltaron mantas quizás porque hacía frio en la habitación (aunque había aire acondicionado) y el tema de desayunar que fuimos y no había nadie y cuando me contestaron ya había acabado la hora del desayuno y nos fuimos sin desayunar cuando entraba en el precio de la habitación.

La habitación era muy bonita, la ubicación cómoda para los planes q teníamos.

Cons:

El desayuno al aire libre hasta las 10 de la mañana en invierno me parece mejorable.
La calefacción era escasa, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.

Se ci sono lavori in corso nell'ascensore sarebbe bene segnalarlo. Inoltre, sebbene abbiamo avuto modo di interagire con il personale (solamente tramite WA), non abbiamo mai avuto il piacere di parlare personalmente con alcuno di loro
