Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very clean, set up for our stay. We were able to leave our luggage ahead of checking in.
The breakfast was a great selection of yogurt, fruits, pastries, eggs, cheeses, meats and juices along with fresh coffee.

Great staff! Breakfast was included. A wonderful coffee shop around corner for early birds.

We stayed here a year ago and came back because it’s in a perfect location! We were disappointed to see our new room was even smaller than the last - it’s hard to move around or open your luggage. Secondly, we were told there was complimentary champagne but when I noticed it wasn’t in the holder or fridge, the hotel still did not provide us any. Not interested in returning but it is a great location, clean hotel with included breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is just a short walk to the dining and shopping around Piazza Novana. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and easily walkable to many of the major sights in Rome. The hotel reception was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. And we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. And most importantly for a visit to Rome in July, the air conditioning is very very good. For those visiting from the US, absolutely no issue keeping it as cool as you would back home.

The staff made us feel like VIPs. Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very quiet given its location in the center of the city. Then we would step outside and be in the heart of the city.

It’s a small hotel; all rooms on ground floor - so it can be noisy with people / staff going through the room area

Amazingly wonderful staff! Unfortunately not well suited for wheelchair users! Very small rooms! We were in the room with the hot tub and it was smaller than our cruise ship room! No closit and two very small drawers! Breakfasts were fabulous but not accessible by wheelchair so we often skipped them. Great convent location close to everything and staff made our stay bearable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. They pack us breakfast night before we left the hotel as we had an early morning flight before the cafe was open for breakfast. Will love to come back here when visiting Rome again.

Excellent walkable location. Staff was outstanding. Room was very clean and breakfast was always good and had plenty of options. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

Staff were excellent. Small rooms in Italy is the norm but was walking distance to most areas you’d want to visit.
