The absolute best place to stay in Ushuaia
Pros:

The absolute best place to stay in Ushuaia! Located in a pleasant peaceful neighbourhood, yet only 20 minutes walk away from downtown shops restaurants Main Street and the port.
Since its on a hill we had a nearly 360° view of Ushuaia and its surroundings from our two balconies.
And while spending time in town before our cruise to Antarctica it was great fun every morning to check out what's in port today. We saw so many different cruise lines and cruise ships it was great.
The apartment itself is really beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and perfectly furnished and equipped with a keen eye for detail. For example a night light in the bathroom!
Our host Guillermo is very attentive, always around but never intrusive or overbearing. As a sweet gesture of farewell he even drove us to the port on our day of departure.

¡El mejor lugar para hospedarse en Ushuaia! Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y agradable, a solo 20 minutos a pie del centro, con sus tiendas, restaurantes, la calle principal y el puerto.
Al estar en una colina, teníamos una vista panorámica de casi 360° de Ushuaia y sus alrededores desde nuestros dos balcones.
Y mientras pasábamos tiempo en la ciudad antes de nuestro crucero a la Antártida, fue muy divertido ver cada mañana qué barcos había en el puerto. Vimos muchísimas líneas de cruceros y barcos diferentes; fue genial.
El apartamento en sí es realmente hermoso, espacioso, impecablemente limpio y perfectamente amueblado y equipado con gran atención al detalle. ¡Por ejemplo, una luz nocturna en el baño!
Nuestro anfitrión, Guillermo, es muy atento, siempre disponible, pero nunca intrusivo ni agobiante. Como un bonito gesto de despedida, incluso nos llevó al puerto el día de nuestra partida.

Muy buena experiencia. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre predispuesto a ayudar. Incluso se encargó de facilitarnos la forma de reservar la excursión a Isla Martillo. 100% recomendable!

Ótimo apartamento!
Pros:

Apartamento amplo, limpo e agradável. Pertinho da avenida principal (mas é pirambeira: tem uma escadona para chegar). Toalhas e lençóis de qualidade bastante aceitável e limpos (foram trocados a cada 2 dias). Guillermo é nota 10!

Cons:

Aquecedor é um barulhento, mas não incomoda quem está nos quartos. A vedação das janelas não é perfeita; no verão nã atrapalha talvez no inverno o ar frio que vem de fora em dias de vento possa incomodar

Pros:

Majitel byl velmi milý a pozorný. V budově se nachází výtah. V přízemí je možné půjčit deskové hry. Celý apartmán byl velmi čistý a prostorný. Vyhodou jsou dvě toalety.
