It was neat and well maintained, near to town.

Cons:

The toiletries were not there in the washroom
Better care regarding Nescafe brand coffee brand sachet should be given in room
There was no complimentary welcome drink or snacks basket available in the room. . everything was on payment basis

Pros:

The room conditions were not as expected, and the lack of air conditioning made the stay extremely uncomfortable. What concerned me most was the hygiene during breakfast, where there were flies on my poha plate. This significantly affected our confidence in the property's cleanliness standards.



Because of these issues, we decided to leave a day early. Unfortunately, despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused to refund the unused second night's payment, citing their cancellation policy. While I understand that policies exist, I believe guest experience and basic hygiene concerns should be taken into consideration when handling such cases.



I would recommend that future guests carefully review the amenities and consider whether the property's standards meet their expectations before booking.

bathroom was not clean, sink tap was broken, cupboard was stinking and not a place to keep anything. It might be fine for bachelors but not for family.

A warm, friendly, and pleasant place to stay.
The room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped with essentials like a geyser and toiletries. Room service is prompt and reliable.
The home-cooked food is simple, fresh, and delicious, and the dining area feels cosy and tastefully done.

Definitely a place I would recommend!

Cons:

It would be great if AC could be provided in the rooms, especially considering the rising temperatures these days.
