Room (junior suite) was a good size room with decent amenities. Good hot shower and bed was comfy. Room service was great with the staff and food quality good. Would recommend :)

Air con leaks, room stuffy, uncomfortable gym & spa, unhelpful reception - Refuse repeatedly to arrange transport (insist I find my own grab or gojet service which I do have have the apps or speak the language) Never again this hotel.
Facilities were excellent, and the service was even better. Stayed there for about 20 total days in 2017 & 2019. Everything was great both times. I’ll definitely stay there next time I visit Cilacap.
Nice location but room amenities must be renew. I.e, bath towel and bed sheet already turned grey
The art displayed in this hotel was amazing - really set it apart from other hotel’s I’ve visited. Service was friendly and overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very new, opened just few months ago. Has a lot of variety of food at their buffet breakfast.
