Guests can use the swimming pool in the next building 49 feet away. Prior reservation is required at the spa reception by the number +48 58 717 80 80.

Byłoby idealnie, gdyby nie pani w spa…
Pros:

Personel w hotelu, panie w recepcji, kelnerki - bardzo profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Konkretne i wygodne załatwianie spraw. W hotelu zostałam dobrze ugoszczona, czułam się mile widzianym gościem. Ponadto, rzeczowo zostałam poinformowana o możliwościach zakupienia apartamentu, czym jestem zainteresowana, choć po spa wciąż się zastanawiam… Lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna, zarówno dla osób z dziećmi jak i czworonożnymi przyjaciółmi. Okolica sprawia, że można zakochać się w Gdańsku na nowo i blisko zacumować jacht co jest dodatkowym atutem.

Cons:

Obsługa w spa. Na ostatnią chwilę zarezerwowaliśmy basen. Z pośpiechu (szybkie ogarnięcie dzieci) - bo mieliśmy 4 minuty na dotarcie- zapomnieliśmy o tym, że przyszliśmy już właściwie w… klapkach. Stanowiło to problem higieniczny- ja to rozumiem, zatem kupiłam jednorazowe papcie, nawet mojej 4 łatce, choć mogłam ją po prostu nosić na rękach. Personel w trakcie zajścia był wyniosły, odniosłam wrażenie jakby ta starsza kobieta nas obsługującą kpiła sobie ze mnie. Po sarkastycznych uwagach i uśmiechach ze strony wielkiej pani obsługującej wpuściła Niemkę z ulicy w buciorach, by obejrzała sobie saunę, basen, jacuzzi. Jej nie obowiązywał reżim sanitarny. Obsługa tam do wymiany bo stracicie klientów!!!!

Jednie lokalizacja.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i wielkość pokoi.

Cons:

Śniadania (80zł) i czekanie w gigantycznych kolejkach. Przy dwóch osobach lepiej zjeść na mieście, bo szkoda czasu na czekanie i otrzymanie przeciętnego śniadania. Brak codziennego opróżnianie koszy na śmieci w pokoju- nie mówię o sprzątaniu całego pokoju ale śmieci mogłoby być odbierane codziennie. Przez 3 dni nikt nie posprzątał. Pokój zabaw dla dzieci to kpina. Nie jest duży, co przy 4 dzieciakach z osobą dorosłą wyczerpuje jego przepustowość. Nie wspomnę o "patologii" w postaci przejścia przez Pokój zabaw na zewnętrzny plac. Tak zewnętrzne, więc chodzenie w butach i otwieranie drzwi nonstop a gdy jest chłodniej to w pokoju robi się błyskawicznie zimno. Wybitny pomysł.

Pros:

値段が安いのに場所が良くて部屋も広いのがとても良かった。
廊下にウォーターサーバーがあるのでお水を買う必要も無くてとてもありがたかった。

Cons:

事前にメール静かな部屋を希望、と伝えておいたにもかかわらず、エレベーター前の部屋にされてしまい、エレベーター前で大きな声で話す人ばかりだし、隣の部屋は若者が何人もが集まって騒いでいたりと音に悩まされたことだけが非常に残念だった。客層も騒がしい感じだったかも。

Gute Lage für Städtereise, Altstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Zimmer großzügig, modern möbliert, geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Balkon, Minibar und Kaffee/Teezubereitung, alles sehr sauber. Frühstucksbuffet mit großer Auswahl

Dafür kann das Hotel nix:
morgens früh laute Müllabfuhr, gegenüber Neubau mit entsprechendem Lärm, mir persönlich war das Kopfkissen zu weich....

Cons:

The receptionist could not find our reservation in their system. The cleaning lady did not clean our room during entire stay, not even took out the trash during our entire stay (3 nights). Also the wellness was very bad experience. Even with prebooking it was totally crowded, we could neither swim nor use the whirpool. Very old towels in the hotel room.
