Bello ma con difetti
Pros:

Stanza davvero molto bella e a mio avviso anche romantica. Posizione molto tranquilla, mezz'ora a piedi dal centro ma credetemi ne vale la pena se volete vedere ammirare tutta la città

Cons:

L'accoglienza dello staff lascia molto a desiderare ma soprattutto la pulizia della stanza è pressoché pessima, il letto era pieno di capelli.

Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en el hotel antes de entrar al hotel.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos en recepción no había nadie, y nos tuvo que atender la señora de la limpieza (que luego parecía ser la de recepción). La habitación que reservamos no fue la que nos asignaron. En las fotos parece mucho más moderno de lo que en realidad es. En general todo era bastante cutre, el baño incluido. Relación calidad-precio muy caro.

Petite chambre, simple, aux pieds des transports
Pros:

L'emplacement, la propreté, le petit système de bagagerie.

Cons:

La très forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bains.
Rideaux occultants qui n'assurent pas leur fonction (attention si vous n'arrivez pas à dormir avec la lumière du jour au petit matin)
Oreillers très fermes (selon la convenance de chacun)

Comodo appoggio per chi viaggia coi mezzi pubblici.
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione dei treni e fermata Flibco per l'aeroporto di Charleroi.

Cons:

L'insegna dell'hotel è poco visibile.
Il personale era gentile ma non sempre presente. Al giorno del check-out dovevo lasciare le valige in struttura (servizio gentilmente offerto), ma ho dovuto aspettare un'ora per poter parlare con qualcuno della struttura, che poi non parlava neanche inglese.
