It was really nice. We had our time and privacy, so that’s what mattered.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the property, really close to the Ghent station! Peaceful environment.

Cons:

I wish there was an elevator in the building since we had huge luggages, but the staffs helped 🙏🏻

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü Türkçe konuşuluyor olması güzeldi tren istasyonuna çok yakın önünden tramvay geçiyor yakınında market ve restoranlar var

Beğenmediğim bir şey yoktu ağır valizi olanlsr için asansör olmaması dezavantaj girişte taşımak için bayan personel ısrar etti ama biz kıyamayıp kendimiz taşıdık

Zeer comfortabel!
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de kamer was ruim en enorm comfortabel!

Cons:

Ik had wat reviews gelezen over het geluidsoverlast van buitenaf (tram), maar ik ben een persoon die daar goed tegen kan dus had er niet veel last van! Had meer last van mijn buur die enorm luid aan de telefoon sprak om half 11 in de avond 😅

The bed and bathroom were ok

Cons:

Staff was kind of rude, didn't manage to understand basic questions and reply with monologues. I have to say that they seemed trying to be helpful but they need significant more training.

Value for money is okish.
