Perfectly adequate for the one night stay.
Pros:

Hotel room was good very clean with good facilities.

Cons:

I am not familiar with Manchester so found the location was not close enough to anything I could walk to.

Great value for money
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff when we arrived. We were in an apartment which we hadn't expected and it was great to have the kitchen facilities and the fridge especially as it was very warm weather. The windows were open for air but with the blinds closed to keep the sun out and there was an air conditioning unit which was a bit noisy but fairly effective.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little dated and the shower curtain was a bit claustrophobic. All clean though. Could do with more power sockets in the main area and supply of a kitchen towel.

Comfortable, well-equipped stay, great for a short trip
Pros:

We stayed two nights and had a very comfortable time. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed, including fans, which made a real difference during the heat wave. The hosts also let us check in early, which was very kind and got our trip off to a good start.

The location works well. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets about a 3 to 4 minute drive away, or roughly 10 minutes on foot.

Cons:

Two small things worth mentioning: the beds are on the small side (the double felt more like a slightly wide single), and the floors squeaked quite a bit when walking around the apartment.
Other than that, we had no issues at all and would happily recommend it.
