Great experience
Pros:

The room was Great overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, it had everything we needed, lots of storage space. No complaints, I would definitely book again.

Pros:

It was super clear and tidy! The reception staff were so kind and polite. It was also super Christmassy and homely.

Cons:

The room got rather warm even with the window open but it was super manageable.

A wonderful stay over in Manchester
Pros:

We particularly liked the fact that the metro was a short walk down Bennet Rd, just off the main road. About 7 minutes for us.
The public transport system is fantastic tap in tap out to pay, very efficient. The trams were every 12 minutes and the journey was about 10 minutes into Victoria, 3 stops.We were able to park the car on site and not return to it until the end of our stay.
The hotel itself is lovely, the bed was comfortable and we booked breakfast that was on par with other hotels and more than satisfactory.
Finally, the staff were lovely which made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

I cannot say that there was anything that made me unhappy. A bit of paint here and there but hey, look around your home and I bet you could find something to spruce up a bit and I have to say that I am particular.

Really lovely accomodating small hotel
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Stood out from any other local hotels.

Cons:

A fridge would be a perfect addition to the rooms!!

Very pleasant stay, very clean lovely receptionist would definitely recommend
Pros:

Location was on a main road and easy to find, just a short drive to the city centre, which we wanted as we were going to see a show. Although on the main road we were not disturbed by noise from traffic. Can’t comment on breakfast as we went out for breakfast with friends.

Cons:

Maybe a couple more milks for tea/ coffee

Did us for the night.
Pros:

Really comfortable bed, great choice of breakfast (extra cost)

Cons:

Pretty dated. Asked for a double and single bed, however there were 3 singles. Staff were polite but not chatty. Poor service at bar despite being only ones in.
